Scientists identify a ‘sugar world’ beyond Neptune
Sometimes I just plain love to lift my head up to the heavens as the news here on earth is just plain dreary. Golden Retrievers come in a few colors which is why I carefully selected this article for each of you. There are goldens reds, and blondes. I spy something red in the heavenly heights.
Around Neptune is a belt of large moons or rocks in the orbit and one of them is named Arrokoth or Ultima Thule from the Pawnee which means sky. It has a red surface that is, SWEET, literally! It is dusted with sugar.
Now being a self-respecting dog I love sugar even though mom tells me we can’t have any because we are both dieting. Ouuuu..I would love a nice bowl of old-fashioned ice cream or a sweet treat, but I digress.
Scientists believe that this object derives its color from glucose and other forms of sugar. When they find these, they call them ‘sugar worlds’ and suspect that at some point in time there was life.
The researchers note, are incorporated into the molecules that make up RNA and lipids, providing what they call “a plausible source of this key class of prebiotic molecules”.
In the evolutionary scientist view, those sugars got to earth riding on a comet and that is how life came to earth. It is a dumb hypothesis because even I, a dog, know that God created the heavens and the earth.
I know that this musing does not have any real practical application for your life, but sometimes isn’t it a joy just to look up into the heavenly heights?
During these Dog Days of Summer here is my secret crush Teddy with his antics (I have my own) to make you smile, before mom gets to the news.

Given the current global shift toward symmetrical warfare, major powers – and non-state proxies – are developing radical leveling and emerging technology for use as “deterrence leveraging” in both non-kinetic and kinetic engagements. Although regnant treaties and conventions are postured to govern chemical and biological weapons, novel advances in genetics, synthetic biology, and neuroscience, particularly when coupled to big data and cyberscientific tools and methods, can enable side-stepping such international regulatory constraints, and afford rapid scientific and technological progress in ways that pose clear and present threat to global biosecurity and defense.

New ‘Butter’ Made From Carbon Dioxide
Tastes Like the Real Dairy Product, Startup Says
The company, called Savor, uses a synthetic fat for the taste of butter
Humans have been craving fatty foods for some four million years—a desire that could explain why most consumers continue to prefer animal products to vegan alternatives, putting high expectations on the flavor of plant-based foods. Now, though, a California-based startup called Savor has created an animal-free butter from carbon dioxide that it claims tastes just like the dairy version.
The secret ingredient is the same one that makes humans crave cheeseburgers and bacon: fat. But Savor’s team doesn’t need livestock to create this component. Instead, it uses a thermochemical process that pulls carbon dioxide from the air and combines it with hydrogen and oxygen to create fat synthetically
PFAS Class Action. Coca-Cola and its subsidiary Simply Orange Juice Co. have been challenged with a proposed class action lawsuit in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York. Plaintiff claims Simply Orange is deceiving customers by using terms like “pure,” “healthy,” and “all natural” when its juices contain man-made forever chemicals. Plaintiff alleges that the labels are false and misleading because they do not disclose the presence of the chemicals while purporting to be all natural.

Current Napalm Polystyrene, and Benzene in US Air
Based on the search results, modern napalm, also known as napalm-B, is composed primarily of benzene and polystyrene. This composition is widely reported across various sources, including:
- StatPearls – NCBI Bookshelf: “The most common current composition includes aluminum salts, polystyrene, and benzene.”
- New World Encyclopedia: “Modern napalm, known as napalm-B, is made by mixing benzene with polystyrene.”
- wikidoc: “Modern napalm is composed primarily of benzene and polystyrene, and is known as napalm-B.”
Napalm-B to Use Huge Amount
of Polystyrene Abstract
The Air Force’s napalm-B program is rapidly beginning to shape up as a big outlet for polystyrene. Last week United Technology Center (Sunnyvale, Calif.) was awarded an Air Force contract to supply 100 million pounds of the new napalm, which contains 50% polystyrene. This is the Air Force’s third procurement in the secrecy-shrouded program in the past 18 months, and by far its largest. Predictions of future use of polystyrene in napalm-B now are running as high as 25 million pounds a month. U.S. production of straight polystyrene hovered around 60 million pounds per month in 1965. Dow Chemical has just raised the price of the monomer one cent, to 10 cents per pound in tank cars and tank trucks. Napalm-B, besides the 50% polystyrene, contains 25% benzene and 25% gasoline. It is replacing the soap-jelled gasoline napalm formulations of World War II and the Korean action. U.S. combat forces in Vietnam are finding that …
There is no specific information available on the exact proportions of benzene and polystyrene in current napalm used in the US, as this data is likely classified or proprietary. However, it is clear that benzene and polystyrene are the primary components of modern napalm.
Notable Points
- Napalm is a weaponized mixture of chemicals designed to create a highly flammable and gelatinous liquid.
- The initial thickening agent was a combination of naphthenic and palmitic acids, but modern napalm uses polystyrene and benzene.
- Burning napalm rapidly de-oxygenates the surrounding environment, causing asphyxiation, and produces toxic byproducts such as carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide.
- Napalm’s consistency allows it to adhere to surfaces and maintain a directable stream when dispersed under pressure, making it effective in military flamethrowers (smoke anyone?).
Chemical Composition of Wildfire Smoke
Wildfire smoke is a complex mixture of gases and particles, primarily composed of:
Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs): Benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, xylenes, butenes, phenol, isoprene, and pinenes are commonly detected in wildfire smoke.
Particulate Matter (PM): Fine particles (PM2.5) are a major component, with sizes ranging from 0.1 to 2.5 micrometers. PM can be divided into:
1. Inorganic compounds: Sulfates, nitrates, and ammonium salts.
Organic compounds: Carbonaceous particles, including black carbon, organic carbon, and biomass-burning organic aerosols.
Gases: Carbon monoxide (CO), nitrogen oxides (NOx), volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and particulate-bound pollutants like polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and heavy metals.
Aerosol-bound pollutants: Heavy metals like lead, mercury, and arsenic, as well as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and dioxins.
Radionuclides: Deposited hot particles of radioactive fallout and bioaccumulated radioisotopes can be reintroduced into the atmosphere by wildfires.
Herbicides, defoliants, insecticides
Implications for Human Health
These are exacerbated with and after COVID
The chemical composition of wildfire smoke can have significant impacts on human health, including:
Respiratory problems: Fine particles (PM2.5) and gases like CO, NOx, and VOCs can exacerbate respiratory conditions like asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
Cardiovascular effects: Exposure to wildfire smoke has been linked to increased cardiovascular morbidity and mortality.
Cancer risk: The presence of carcinogenic compounds like PAHs, heavy metals, and dioxins in wildfire smoke may increase the risk of cancer.
Benzene in US
- Benzene is widely used in the United States. It ranks in the top 20 chemicals for production volume.
- Some industries use benzene to make other chemicals that are used to make plastics, resins, and nylon and synthetic fibers. Benzene is also used to make some types of lubricants, rubbers, dyes, detergents, drugs, and pesticides.
How Benzene Works
- Benzene works by causing cells not to work correctly. For example, it can cause bone marrow not to produce enough red blood cells, which can lead to anemia. Also, it can damage the immune system by changing blood levels of antibodies and causing the loss of white blood cells.
- The seriousness of poisoning caused by benzene depends on the amount, route, and length of time of exposure, as well as the age and preexisting medical condition of the exposed person.
Immediate signs and symptoms of exposure to benzene
People who breathe in high levels of benzene may develop the following signs and symptoms within minutes to several hours:
- Drowsiness
- Dizziness
- Rapid or irregular heartbeat
- Headaches
- Tremors
- Confusion
- Unconsciousness
- Death (at very high levels)
- Eating foods or drinking beverages containing high levels of benzene can cause the following symptoms within minutes to several hours:
- Vomiting
- Irritation of the stomach
- Dizziness
- Sleepiness
- Convulsions
- Rapid or irregular heartbeat
- Death (at very high levels)
- If a person vomits because of swallowing foods or beverages containing benzene, the vomit could be sucked into the lungs and cause breathing problems and coughing.
- Direct exposure of the eyes, skin, or lungs to benzene can cause tissue injury and irritation.
- Showing these signs and symptoms does not necessarily mean that a person has been exposed to benzene.
Long-term health effects of exposure to benzene
- The major effect of benzene from long-term exposure is on the blood. (Long-term exposure means exposure of a year or more.) Benzene causes harmful effects on the bone marrow and can cause a decrease in red blood cells, leading to anemia. It can also cause excessive bleeding and can affect the immune system, increasing the chance for infection.
- Some women who breathed high levels of benzene for many months had irregular menstrual periods and a decrease in the size of their ovaries. It is not known whether benzene exposure affects the developing fetus in pregnant women or fertility in men.
- Animal studies have shown low birth weights, delayed bone formation, and bone marrow damage when pregnant animals breathed benzene.
- The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) has determined that benzene causes cancer in humans. Long-term exposure to high levels of benzene in the air can cause leukemia, cancer of the blood-forming organs.

The Revealing of Anti-Christ:
A Colorful Restructuring of Light
by Celeste Solum October 02, 2020
My friends, we have entered a dark day filled with lawlessness and wickedness. Even those of us who carry the torch of light for Jesus Christ are struggling to keep our lamps ablaze much less light the candle of salvation to the lost world around us. If you thought that the co-opting of the rainbow by the LBGTYZ community was bad, hang on to your hat.
What physical characteristics of Anti-Christ might you have missed reading the biblical text? Together, we will plumb the depths of the Holy Writ and cutting edge science to discover some enlightening discoveries that will both trouble and inspire us! Please join me for this revelational study series! We are in for quite an adventure because Satanic forces have restructured light, altered the Laws of Nature, and Physics, for the imminent colorful luminescent arrival of the Anti-Christ!
Back in 1990, I had a vision about entering a cave. There were millions of fat white candles burning but the cave was enveloped with darkness. Eleven days later the Holy Spirit relayed to me the meaning of this vision. The fat white candles were the Believers of Jesus Christ who lived in a time of oppressive darkness. Imagine my surprise, when I discovered buried deep in scientific peer journals, that “Light” of Jesus Christ within each of us, His handiwork, being harvested by Satanic forces. Even more horrifying is that the light of Jesus Christ is being restructured into a Dark Light for nefarious purposes. This is all in preparation for the Anti-Christ who will manifest some unique luminous, color, and light qualities that we find in Holy Scripture.
My prayer for each of you is a verse found in Scripture,
in order that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in your knowledge of Him. I ask that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened, so that you may know the hope of His calling, the riches of His glorious inheritance in the saints, and the surpassing greatness of His power to us who believe. These are in accordance with the working of His mighty strength,… Ephesians 1:17-19
Faith Lesson: Help me Lord today to display the vast wealth, splendor, and glory of Your majesty!
WHAT DOES SCRIPTURE SAY?
Lucifer, the glowing day-star of the morning, from Isaiah 14:12, has fallen from heaven. He is described in the Hebrew as being “the shining one.” He was “shining one, son of dawn”; Lucifer is the transliteration of a Latin word meaning “light bearer,” and was used in Latin to refer to the planet Venus, because of its morning brightness. Isaiah is talking about the King of Babylon in the historical sense, but points beyond him, to this brilliant angel of light.
You have been cut down to the ground, O conqueror of nations. In the Hebrew, this verse can be translated, O you who has cast lots. It is critical to make note because Haman, in the Book of Esther, sought to annihilate the Jews by casting lots, and might well be one of the templates for the Book of Revelation. Today, the propitious time to release the Coronavirus vaccine is being determined by astrologers, due to a synergistic effect of the sweet influences of a planetary-star alignment (includes the Pleiades) next month.
At the time the Anti-Christ will be revealed he will manifest his appearance as an angel of light, according to 2 Corinthians 11:14. According to Ezekiel 28 Lucifer’s garment was of gold with every precious [colorful] stone.
Faith Lesson: Help me Holy Spirit to see with spiritual eyes if “light” is of You or Satan. I only request because there is great deception in these days.
METAMORPHIC TRANSFORMATION
In Romans 12:2, the word for translation or metamorphosis is metamorphoomai, is the same word translated “transfigured” that we see in Matthew 17:2 and Mark. 9:2. The exhortation is to you, dear saints, you are to change your outward expression from your depraved nature before salvation, to an outward expression which is truly representative of your new divine nature in Jesus Christ.
The word “transform” is used also in II Corinthians 11:13–15. But here, it is the translation of a word that has the opposite meaning to metamorphoomai. The word is metaschematizō, this is an important concept friends, means to change one’s outward expression by assuming from the outside an expression that does not proceed from nor is it representative of one’s true inner nature. The word masquerade is an exact English translation. Which is in part, why masks are being required in this evil theatrical production of the absurd.
Satan was originally the holy angel Lucifer. As such, he gave outward expression of his inner nature as an angel of light, which expression proceeded from, and was truly representative of that nature. That was morphoomai. When he sinned [yes, angels can sin] he became an angel of darkness, giving outward expression of that darkness. This is morphoomai. Then he changed his outward expression from that of darkness to one of light, by assuming from the outside, an expression of light, which outward expression did not come from, nor was it representative of his inner nature, as an angel of darkness. This is metaschematizō. The translation could read: “masquerading as the apostles of Jesus Christ.” “Satan masquerades as an angel of light;” and, “his ministers masquerade as the ministers of righteousness.” Therefore, you are witnessing so many spiritual attacks from within the Body of Jesus Christ.
Faith Lesson: Do I reflect the Light of Jesus or the depravity and pride of Satan?
WHAT IS LIGHT?
What is light? It was the first thing God created after the heavens and the earth. God made individual lights such as the sun, moon, and stars that we see in Genesis 1:16. There are also manufactured light sources such as those used in the tabernacle found in Exodus 25:37. Exploitation and harvesting of light is being conducted even as you read this article.
Light is a natural symbol for what is pleasant, good, or uplifting, and associated with God and His people. “Light is pleasant,” says the preacher in Ecclesiastes 11:7. In later days Israel remembered that God did not abandon his people even when they sinned; the pillar of fire was always there to show them the right way and He will do so for the faithful Christians.
Light symbolizes the blessing of the Lord. Job said, “He uncovers the deeps out of darkness, and brings deep darkness to light,” Job 12:22. In his time of trouble, Job recalled the days when God’s “lamp shone upon my head, and by his light I walked through darkness,” Job 29:3. As we go further into this dark time, let us remember the Light of Jesus shining upon our head, as a very real protection against the evil that wants to penetrate our head. The psalmist recounted it a blessing when God himself lighted his lamp so many times in the Psalms. In Proverbs, “The light of the righteous rejoices, but the lamp of the wicked will be put out,” and that my friends, is a promise, so persevere.
Light is closely linked with God; God can be said to be light: “The Lord will be your everlasting light, and your God will be your glory,” Isaiah 60:19. The psalmist exulted, “The Lord is my light and my salvation,” and proceeded to ask, “whom shall I fear?” (27:1). God is said to be “robed with light” in Psalm 104:2 and “light dwells with him” as we see in Daniel 2:22. Darkness is no problem to God; darkness and light are alike to Him, Psalms 139:12. The prophet Micah expressed his confidence in terms of light: “Rejoice not over me, O my enemy; when I fall, I shall rise; when I sit in darkness, the Lord will be a light to me.… He will bring me forth to the light; I shall behold his deliverance,” Micahi 7:8, 9. Micah saw “God as light” and also as “bringing his servants into the light.” Both are ways of affirming so you need never be dismayed when you are in Jesus.
A king is sometimes identified with light. Thus when the Israelites decided that King David should no longer risk his life on the battlefield they said, “You shall no more go out with us to battle, lest you quench the lamp of Israel,” 2 Samuel 21:17. This metaphor is carried on with God’s promise that David would continue to have a “light” in Jerusalem, which meant that the whole kingdom would not go with Jeroboam, 1 Kings 11:36. The king was regarded as the source of illumination for his people, and there may also be some thought that a descendant of David on his throne brings glory to that great king. Not many of us discern there is much illumination with our leadership anywhere in the world.
God’s blessing, described in terms of light, is also related to “the light of his countenance.” Something of that expression’s meaning is seen from its use in Psalm 4:6: “There are many who say, ‘O that we might see some good! Lift up the light of thy countenance upon us, O Lord!’ ” The parallelism shows that “good” and the lifting up of the light of God’s countenance are much the same. The light of God’s countenance brings victory, Psalm 44. Those who walk in the light of God’s countenance are blessed, Psalm 89:15. There is another side to that expression, for secret sins are set “in the light of thy countenance,” Psalm 90:8. No sin escapes the Light of God. But the predominant idea is that of the blessing that follows from God’s looking upon his people.
Light is associated with justice when the Lord says, “A law will go forth from me, and my justice for a light to the peoples,” Isaiah 51:4). Justice means trouble for evildoers: “The light of Israel will become a fire, and his Holy One a flame; and it will burn and devour his thorns and briers in one day,” Isaiah 10:17. God’s light in that act of justice is a consuming fire. Sometimes judgment is expressed as a withdrawal of light: “Woe to you who desire the day of the Lord! Why would you have the day of the Lord? … Is not the day of the Lord darkness, and not light, and gloom with no brightness in it?” Book of Amos
Sometimes light is connected with good behavior: “The path of the righteous is like the light of dawn, which shines brighter and brighter until full day,” Proverbs 4:18. “For the commandment is a lamp and the teaching a light,” Proverbs 6:23. In the case of Daniel, light is joined with “understanding and wisdom” to indicate how Daniel surpassed all the Babylonian wise men, Daniel 5:11, 14. It is a perversion to regard darkness as light and light as darkness, Isaiah 5:20; and Job 17:12.
The Old Testament uses the absence of light as a synonym for disaster. There are those who “grope in the dark without light” as we see in Job 12:25. Bildad saw the light of the wicked put out in punishment and death, Job 18:5-17. The wicked will be “thrust from light into darkness and driven out of the world”, Job 18:18. We see that in Lamentations 3:2, in the aftermath of the Babylonian destruction of Jerusalem was the lament, “He has driven and brought me into darkness without any light”.
Faith Lesson: In this section on light, the most important lesson that I learned about light is:
THE LIGHT
In the New Testament, references to light are often used figuratively.
In Acts 9, on the Damascus road, Saul of Tarsus encountered “a light from heaven”.
Was that light as we know it or something else? What is the light that shone in the apostle Peter’s cell in Acts 12:7?
What is the mysterious light found in the heavenly city, not the kind of illumination seen on earth, “for the Lord God will be their light” that we see in Revelation 22?
- God being associated with light is recurrent in the New Testament.
- “God is light and in him is no darkness at all”, 1 John 1:5.
- God as “the Father of lights” in James 1:17.
- God may be thought of as living in light, light that no person can approach, 1 Timothy 6:16 & 1 John 1:7.
- Jesus said, “I am the light of the world,” in John 8:12 and 9:5.
- “I have come as light into the world, that whoever believes in me may not remain in darkness” found in John 12:46.
- In John 12:35, Jesus told his followers to believe in the light while it was with them.
- Such passages emphasize that Christ brought a revelation from God, but he was more than a revealer. He was himself that revelation, according to the apostle John:1-10.
- John the Baptist came to bear witness to the light for the purpose of bringing people to believe in John 1:7,8.
- Those who received Jesus, who believed in the light, received “the power to become children of God” as we see in John 1:9-12.
- Light is used to express the illumination that happens when people come to the knowledge of God and his salvation as we see in the Book of Matthew and Acts.
Faith Lesson: My favorite verse on light is:
THE WAR BETWEEN LIGHT AND DARK
There is a war between light and darkness. John wrote that the light shines in the darkness and adds that the darkness has not overcome it. Furthermore, John tells us that “the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil,” which we are witnessing before our very eyes today. Mankind in general is in darkness which brings condemnation, now and at the final judgment. John pointed out that evildoers keep away from the light because they do not want their evil exposed. But those who “do the truth” come to the Light.
Let us pause momentarily, as I recall a sermon I once heard. When two people are at odds, if a mediator asks the people to get as close to the light in the room as possible, these contenders sudden discover that are next to each other. In John’s account of the raising of Lazarus, Jesus speaks of the possibility of walking without stumbling in the light of day, but then goes on to the way a man stumbles in the night, “because the light is not in him,” something that you have probably all experienced. There is a promise in the Bible that we can cleave to and it is that when you follow Jesus you “will have the light of life,” John 8:12, which indicates the kind of thing that is in mind.
Those who respond to the light are characterized as “sons of light,” John 12:36. Their allegiance is to the light and their conduct has been shaped by this fact. The concept is not confined to John’s Gospel, for we also see it in Luke 16:8. We find it in Paul’s affirmation that the Thessalonian Christians “are all sons of light and sons of the day; we are not of the night or of darkness,” 1 Thessalonians 5:5. There is a reference to “children of light,” Ephesians 5:8, and to being “light in the Lord,” the latter expression being hard to explain in detail. Paul discusses light further when he refers to the “fruit of light” as good conduct Ephesians 5:9 with the contrast that light shows evil to be the evil thing it is in Ephesians 5:13. John speaks of walking in the light, 1 John 1:7 and sees the conduct of the Christian as aptly symbolized by light. My friends, God has “called you out of darkness into his marvelous light,” 1 Peter 2:9!
In the words of Jesus to his followers with application to Himself: “You are the light of the world,” Matthew 5:14. Of course, we are not the world’s light in the same sense as He is. We are not the Light of salvation but much as John the Baptist we point the way to Jesus, the Light, who does provide salvation. Our function as redeemed people is to live as redeemed people. We are to show the quality of life proper to the people of God and in this way, act as light to the people of the world. We are to let our light shine before the world in such a way that people will see our good deeds and so come to praise God! It is critical for you to make full use of the light you have. It is a tragedy when the light that is in them is darkness as we see in Matthew 6:23. We each have been illuminated by the light that is Jesus Christ, who dwells within His people. When and if we ignore the illumination He brings us and live like those in the dark, then indeed we are in deep darkness. We are worse than others because we know what light is and what it can mean to us and have turned away from it. Paul urges the Romans to put on “the armor of light,” in Romans 13:12, a metaphor that points us in the same direction. He challenges each of us when he rhetorically asks, “What fellowship has light with darkness?” 2 Corinthians 6:14.
The believer is not to throw in his lot with darkness. You must be constantly on guard, for it is possible for Satan to disguise himself as an angel of light, as we see in 2 Corinthians 11:14. Remember this, for we will be plumbing the depths of the Anti-Christ’s dark light revealing. The opposition between light and darkness is found in a number of places in antiquity, notably in the Dead Sea Scrolls where, “The War of the Sons of Light and the Sons of Darkness” is filled with biblical imagery of battle that has already begun.
Faith Lesson: My take away on the battle between Light and darkness is:
Now that we have a foundation, we will explore light and color in its many facets as we lay the groundwork to understand some luminescent characteristics of Anti-Christ.
God Bless you from the trenches.
