On September 4, 2025, President Donald J. Trump hosted a high-profile dinner at the White House with over 30 leading tech executives to discuss artificial intelligence and major corporate investments in the United States.
The event, originally planned for the Rose Garden but moved indoors due to weather, featured prominent figures such as Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg, Apple CEO Tim Cook, Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates, OpenAI CEO Sam Altman, Google CEO Sundar Pichai, and Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella.
During the gathering, tech leaders praised the administration’s pro-innovation stance and announced significant investment commitments, including Meta and Apple each pledging $600 billion in U.S. investments, with Meta’s focused on data centers and infrastructure through 2028.

Biotech appears to be regaining traction — capital, AI platforms, and manufacturing bets are back in motion:
Arzeda’s $6.3M NSF award. Arzeda is a leading protein design company that uses AI-driven technology to create innovative designer proteins that ARE NOT ORIGINAL DESIGN RATHER SYNTHETIC BIOLOGY and enzymes at commercial scale. The company focuses on transforming industries by developing novel proteins. Consequences? Putting original design human and animal proteins at risk for extinction resulting in death.
Cascade Bio’s $6M: This company is known for chemical engineering. The company specializes in advancing enzyme-based processes using its proprietary “Body Armor for Enzymes™” technology, which immobilizes enzymes using cost-effective materials to significantly extend their lifespan and stability under harsh industrial conditions.
As of September 2025, Cascade has successfully improved the stability of over 30 different enzymes providing chemicals, flavors, fragrances, food ingredients, and pharmaceuticals.
Once again, this is NOT ORIGINAL DESIGN IT IS SYNTHETIC BIOLOGY.
Samsung Biologics’ $1.29B CMO deal: South Korean headquartered large-scale commercial manufacturing of biopharmaceutical products, including monoclonal antibodies, bispecific antibodies, antibody-drug conjugates, and mRNA vaccines.
Multiply Labs’ robotic cluster: San Francisco-based company founded in 2016 that develops advanced robotic systems to manufacture precision medicines at scale, including personalized pharmaceutical capsules and gene-modified cell therapies. Its core products include robotic systems for cell therapy manufacturing, capsule manufacturing, and digital quality control replacing human jobs.
From the World Economic Forum on robotics:
Breakthroughs in intelligent robotics are reshaping industrial operations, enabling new forms of human-machine collaboration and unlocking productivity at scale, according to the World Economic Forum’s white paper Physical AI: Powering the New Age of Industrial Operations. These include:
🧤 Tactile sensors and soft robotic grippers that deliver dexterous manipulation capabilities that were previously unattainable.
📋 Foundation models like Google DeepMind’s Gemini Robotics that allow for autonomous decision-making and real-time planning.
👓 Advanced sensors and computer vision algorithms that now enable robots to perceive their environment with human-level clarity.
Microsoft Research, part of the Microsoft Corporation, founded by Bill Gates has developed μProtein, an AI system that leverages fitness landscape modeling and reinforcement learning to accelerate protein engineering. A wave of AI protein/antibody tools from Microsoft Research’s μProtein. μProtein are novel synthetic proteins that are NOT ORIGINAL DESIGN.
DiMA: DiMA (Diversity Motif Analyser), a tool designed to analyze sequence diversity dynamics in viruses. DIMA uses HEK293 mammalian cell expression system to produce many druggable proteins especially membrane proteins. HEK293 cells are an immortalized human cell line derived from human embryonic kidney cells, originally isolated in the early 1970s. HEK293 cells are a human embryonic kidney cell line derived from kidney tissue of an aborted embryo in 1973. Nobody knows the origin or history of these cells. Its application has been demonstrated on large datasets, including the SARS-CoV-2 Spike protein and HIV-1 Pol gene.
Dotmatics: Dotmatics is a global leader in R&D scientific software, founded in 2005, that connects science, data, and decision-making to accelerate innovation in life sciences, biotechnology, and pharmaceuticals. Headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts.
It provides a comprehensive digital science platform, including a cloud-based data management system and a suite of best-of-breed applications such as GraphPad Prism, SnapGene, Geneious, LabArchives, Protein Metrics, and nQuery.
RevolKa: RevolKa is a Japanese biotechnology company founded in April 2021 by academic and industry experts specializing in biotechnology and artificial intelligence, with a mission to contribute to human well-being by creating novel proteins for therapeutics and industrial applications using its proprietary technology, aiProtein®. This is protein, an evolutionary platform that accelerates the creation of engineered proteins with enhanced functions, enabling multi-dimensional simultaneous engineering of proteins. These proteins are not ORIGINAL DESIGN and are SYNTHETIC BIOLOGY.
Ginkgo–Apheris consortium: Ginkgo Bioworks and Apheris have launched the Antibody Developability Consortium, a strategic partnership aimed at accelerating AI-driven biologics drug discovery by creating high-quality, fit-for-purpose datasets and secure collaborative frameworks. This initiative, announced on September 4, 2025, combines Ginkgo Datapoints’ high-throughput experimental capabilities with Apheris’ federated computing infrastructure to enable secure, data-sharing collaboration. Tools and scale are closing the gap between idea and impact.
CELLM lets non-experts design genetic circuits in natural language. Cellm is an Excel extension that allows users to integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) directly into spreadsheet formulas using a function called =PROMPT(). This enables users to perform repetitive tasks like data cleaning, classification, and extraction by applying AI prompts across thousands of rows with a simple drag-down operation.
Researchers unveiled append editing for precise edits without double-stranded breaks, and Northwestern boosted CRISPR delivery with:
Lipid-nanoparticle spherical nucleic acids: Lipid nanoparticle spherical nucleic acids (LNP-SNAs) are a class of nanostructures designed for the DELIVERY VACCINE SYSTEM INCLUDING COVID 19 DNA and RNA to cells, combining the properties of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) and spherical nucleic acids (SNAs). Spherical nucleic acids (SNAs) are three-dimensional nanostructures composed of a densely packed, highly oriented shell of oligonucleotides (DNA, RNA, or other nucleic acid analogs) conjugated to a nanoparticle core, which can be solid or hollow. These particles consist of an LNP core that encapsulates nucleic acid payloads such as mRNA, siRNA, or the full CRISPR gene-editing machinery—including Cas9 enzymes, guide RNA, and DNA repair templates—surrounded by a dense shell of radially oriented DNA strands on the surface. Developed in 1996.
In summary, it appears as this September techology meeting with the Administration is accelerating an evil plan to “evolve” mankind and all biological life to synthetic beings being prepared for destruction in the Synthetic Digital Twin. There is an alternative, fiercely and with unwaving knowledge preserve your Original Design. At this point you do have the power to repent if you make a mistake taking one of these technolgies into your body. That said, this may not always be the case.
God bless you as we continue our journey in the End Times,
Celeste
