Operational NOW!

We Are In Spiritual and Physical Warfare!

Sun Tzu was a Chinese military general, strategist, philosopher, and writer who lived during the Eastern Zhou period (771–256 BC). He is traditionally credited as the author of the influential work “The Art of War”, a treatise on military strategy that has affected both Western and East Asian philosophy and military thought.

Many of you first discovered the war against all biological life on earth in 2020 as the COVID weapon construct engulfed the earth.  Real or perceived it did not matter because the outcomes were the same.  This was in an incremental war that is now reaching a feverish pitch, as the depopulation mandate looms ever closer.

Under the cover of “biosecurity” we are witnessing a transfer of POWER from the Dragon (of old) to the Beast giving him his “seat” (throne), and great authority. We will see all hell breaking out upon the face of the earth as these plans come to fruition, superimposing a synthetic shell over the Original Design.

What I am submitting to you is only a taste of the layer upon layer, brick upon brick, of plans that are operational.  I know for sure that the depth is at least 250 layers thanks to the World Economic Forum infographic.  If I had to venture a guess about how many plans are in play, and it would be not a comprehensive guess, I would estimate over 2000, more than likely exponentially more.

As you view the following recent and historical documents please keep these critical notes in mind:

  • Do not view a single issue or document as a silo being the end-all-be-all.  No one document contains “everything”. You need an operational environment viewing all your hazards, even if it is a casual understanding.
  • This is an INTEGRATED WEAPONS SYSTEM.
  • This Integrated Weapon System is being turned over to a non-human AI force.
  • Unfortunately. you must look at all the pieces to understand and make wise decisions about this new unified system.
  • The new technology to change the world is turning over every 18 DAYS!  This will soon be reduced to every 48 hours.  Moore’s Law for technology development/deployment was broken years ago, it was 18 months.
  • Do not trust “words” in anything but the Bible, because with the semantic shell game, word definitions can be changed in as little as every 48 hours.  The game is the fact that you do not have access to the new Glossary which is a Living Document.
  • I do not believe in evolution.  This is an engineered synthetic system for a synthetic planet devoid of all original design.  It did not just happen.  It has been incrementally introduced so that you would not see it.
  • There is an Invisibility Algorithm at work here handshaking with frequencies, witchcraft, biologicals, chemicals, devices, and PsyOps that kept devious plots from your consciousness.
  • No single source has ALL the pieces no matter how high their security clearance goes.
  • Regarding sources on the front lines.  By design, they were forced into a gladiatorial ring to fight to the death (many are not even aware of this).  Our adversary is getting you to help “pick-off” the frontliners when you quibble and quarrel about who are the best sources.  Do not engage in “source warfare”.

Our true original design is deep within the recesses of our being and Spirit.  You can overcome through Jesus Christ and His overcoming all adversaries and even death.

I will be weaving in secret agent tips and stories from my time working in emergency management both at the state and federal levels dealing with and managing disasters, as well as how to overcome.

1960
Directed Evolution

Growing up, did you ever hear of Directed Evolution in the media or in school?  No.  And yet the scientific community and those evolutionists who crafted legislation, were making huge strides towards life apart from God.

Directed evolution has its roots in the 1960s with the evolution of RNA molecules in the “Spiegelman’s Monster” experiment. The concept was later extended to protein evolution via evolution of bacteria under selection pressures that favored the evolution of a single gene in its genome.

Major Milestones The laboratory process of directed evolution, which involves iterative rounds of genetic diversification and library screening or selection, gained significant momentum in the 1990’s.

It is claimed that Directed Evolution is distinct from biological Directed Evolution.  It is not.

Directed Evolution (DE) is a method used in protein engineering that mimics the process of natural selection to steer proteins or nucleic acids toward a user-defined goal. It consists of subjecting a gene to iterative rounds of mutagenesis (creating a library of variants), selection (expressing those variants and isolating members with the desired function) and amplification (generating a template for the next round). It can be performed in vivo (in living organisms), or in vitro (in cells or free in solution). Directed evolution is used both for protein engineering as an alternative to rationally designing modified proteins, as well as for experimental evolution studies of fundamental evolutionary principles in a controlled, laboratory environment.

Experimental Evolution is the use of laboratory experiments or controlled field manipulations to explore evolutionary dynamics. Evolution may be observed in the laboratory as individuals/populations adapt to new environmental conditions by natural selection.

There are three different ways in which adaptation can arise in experimental evolution.

  1. One is via an individual organism gaining a novel beneficial mutation.
  2. The other is from allele frequency change in standing genetic variation already present in a population of organisms.
  3. Other evolutionary forces outside of mutation and natural selection can also play a role or be incorporated into experimental evolution studies, such as genetic drift and gene flow.

Asilomar 1

Plan hatched and funded to modify all biological life on Planet Earth

The quest to depopulate the earth and usher in a utopian New World Order reaches far back into history.  With a fundamental evolutionary shift and foundation established of Directed and Experimental Evolution, the next step was to formalize man as the god of his or her own destiny.

We will begin to follow the biological threat over the last 50 years.  World War II, as well as other genocides, brought gruesome experimentations into the public’s awareness.

Asilomar 1, the plan to genetically modify all life on earth is a good place to begin.  I believe that it is one of the definitive and foundational gatherings setting the stage for future events.

“A hundred generations have searched for this elusive path to peace, while a thousand wars raged across the span of human endeavor. Today that new world is struggling to be born, a world quite different from the one we’ve known”.  President Bush

“Now, we can see a new world coming into view. A world in which there is the very real prospect of a new world order.”  President Bush

The Asilomar Conference on Recombinant DNA, held in 1975 at Asilomar State Beach, California, was a pivotal event in the development of biotechnology. The conference brought together scientists, ethicists, and regulatory officials to discuss the potential biohazards and regulation of biotechnology.

Key Outcomes

The conference led to the establishment of guidelines for conducting experiments using recombinant DNA technology safely.

The guidelines emphasized the importance of containment and recommended different levels of containment based on the level of risk associated with each experiment.

The conference also led to the creation of a biotechnology industry, although public debates continued over the hazards of recombinant DNA.

Impact

The Asilomar Conference marked a turning point in the development of biotechnology, as it brought attention to the potential risks and benefits of recombinant DNA research.

The conference’s guidelines and recommendations have had a lasting impact on the biotechnology industry, shaping the way scientists conduct experiments and ensuring public safety.

The event also highlighted the importance of public engagement and debate in scientific research, as well as the need for regulatory frameworks to ensure responsible innovation.

Legacy

The Asilomar Conference has been recognized as a significant event in the history of biotechnology, with its legacy continuing to influence the development of the field.

The conference’s emphasis on containment and risk assessment has become a cornerstone of biotechnology research, ensuring the safe development of new technologies and products.

The event has also served as a model for future international conferences and discussions on the responsible development of emerging technologies.

1974
Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO)

In 1974, Rudolf Jaenisch created a transgenic mouse by introducing foreign DNA into its embryo, making it the world’s first transgenic animal.  The first transgenic livestock were produced in 1985.  In 1983, the first genetically engineered plant, tobacco, was designed for use.

While I do not see an overall seminal document for GMO, I do see dangerous precedents set:

  • Engineering transgenic animals
  • Transgenic livestock into the food supply
  • Transgenic plants began in tobacco moving quacking into the food supply.

The most troubling precedent next to modifying the Original Design of life was the Canadian lawsuit versus a farmer:

The Supreme Court of Canada had issued a similar decision in Monsanto Canada Inc. v. Schmeiser (2004).

That case concerned Percy Schmeiser, who claimed to have discovered that some canola growing on his farm in 1997 was Roundup resistant. Schmeiser harvested the seed from the Roundup resistant plants and planted the seed in 1998.

Monsanto sued Schmeiser for patent infringement for the 1998 planting. Schmeiser claimed that because the 1997 plants grew from seed that was pollinated with pollen blown into his field from neighboring fields, he owned the harvest and was entitled to do with it whatever he wished, including saving the seeds from the 1997 harvest and planting them in 1998.

The initial Canadian Federal Court rejected Schmeiser’s defense and held for Monsanto, finding that in 1998 Schmeiser had intentionally planted the seeds he had harvested from the wind-seeded crops in 1997, and so patent infringement had indeed occurred. Schmeiser appealed and lost again.

Adding to this complex situation is the NAIS program that originated from the UN to all signatory countries, and finally to all States in the United States which had three pillars, the first one applicable to the agricultural IP situation, that being, that government owns all property once it is put into their databases. In those days you could get entered into the database in one of two ways:

You could give away your information which then went into the database via incentive.

By definition.  Anyone having the potential to make a $1000 from any enterprise was considered a “farm” and could then end up in the government database.  More on this later.

PhyloCode

The PhyloCode is an evolutionary system to add new “lifeforms” and reorganize life. It replaces the historical Linnaeus system of life categorization.

Given the Directed Evolution and Experimental would engineer hybrids, synths, and mutated forms of life, this new family tree was needed to legitimatize and organize these forms.  The PhyloCode also left open room for new forms and entities such as interdimensional beings, aliens, angelic and demonic manifestation, biorobots, human shells with a robotic internal system.

The PhyloCode grew out of a workshop at Harvard University in August 1998, where decisions were made about its scope and content.

The First International Phylogenetic Nomenclature Meeting, which took place from July 6, 2004, to July 9, 2004, in Paris, France, was attended by about 70 systematic and evolutionary biologists from 11 nations.  This was the first open, multi-day conference that focused entirely on phylogenetic nomenclature, and it provided the venue for the inauguration of a new association, the International Society for Phylogenetic Nomenclature (ISPN).

The PhyloCode was codified in 2019 and went into effect with the publication of the companion volume, Phylonyms, in 2020.

Tropical Diseases
Control and Prevention
in Context of New World Order

In 1999 when most of the world was fixated on the imminent Y2K, a nefarious gathering took place in Key West, Florida of the Society for Tropical Veterinary Medicine. The theme of this particular conference was,  “Tropical Diseases: Control and  Prevention in the Context of  “The New World Order.“ These links have now been taken down because this program is operational.

When operations begin, they are erased from the internet and memory.  However, this is a pivotal Proceeding can be ordered in book form for a high price.

Quietly, the scientists talked about a pandemic of weaponized and synthesized tropical diseases that would soon explode onto the global scene.  At the time, nobody thought much about tropical diseases being a threat to America.

The conference theme song, Jimmy Buffets, Changes in Latitude and Changes in Attitudeand it has cast a dark foreboding prophetic message that change was coming.    Diseases would cross borders and violent attitudes erupt.

Pay attention to the bad actors and the “evolution” that was birthed at this conference.  Many of these bad actors you will recognize after the COVID debacle.

Tropical veterinary diseases: control and prevention in the context of the new world order / · Tropical veterinary medicine: molecular epidemiology, hemoparasites and their vectors, and general topics / Published: (1998) · Impact of ecological changes on tropical animal health and disease …

Hemoparasites, also known as erythroparasites, are organisms that live within the blood cells of a host. They are often transferred between hosts via a vector, such as a tick or fly. Hemoparasites can be bacteria or other microorganisms, including rickettsiae, protozoa, or nematodes.

Types of Hemoparasites

Some common types of hemoparasites include:

  • Plasmodium: A genus of protozoan parasites that cause malaria in humans and animals.
  • Babesia: A genus of protozoan parasites that cause babesiosis in animals, including humans.
  • Haemoproteus: A genus of protozoan parasites that infect birds and other animals.
  • Leucocytozoon: A genus of protozoan parasites that infect birds and other animals.
  • Hepatozoon: A genus of protozoan parasites that infect animals, including birds and mammals.
  • Anaplasma: A genus of bacteria that cause anaplasmosis in animals.
  • Ehrlichia: A genus of bacteria that cause ehrlichiosis in animals.
  • Theileria: A genus of protozoan parasites that infect animals, including cattle and sheep.
  • Trypanosoma: A genus of protozoan parasites that cause trypanosomiasis, also known as sleeping sickness, in humans and animals.

Hemoparasites in Different Hosts

Hemoparasites can infect a wide range of hosts, including:

  • Birds: Hemoparasites such as Plasmodium, Haemoproteus, Leucocytozoon, and Hepatozoon infect birds and can cause disease.
  • Mammals: Hemoparasites such as Babesia, Anaplasma, Ehrlichia, and Theileria infect mammals, including humans, and can cause disease.
  • Reptiles: Hemoparasites such as Plasmodium and Haemoproteus infect reptiles and can cause disease.
  • Fish: Hemoparasites such as Plasmodium and Haemoproteus infect fish and can cause disease.

Conclusion

Hemoparasites are a diverse group of organisms that can infect a wide range of hosts. They are often transmitted between hosts via vectors, such as ticks or flies, and can cause disease in their hosts.

Globalists Make Their Move

Historical Biowarfare Documents with 2024 Revisions Are Operational!

To this day, I do not know why, but on Halloween-October 31, 2005, the powers-that-be began their serious take global take over issuing legally binding global documents.  They would issue:

  • International Health Regulations (IHR): a legally binding document that is an instrument of international law, and it provides an overarching legal framework for handling public health events and emergencies that have the potential to cross borders.
  • Terrestrial Animal Health Code: The Terrestrial Animal Health Code is a set of international standards and guidelines developed by the World Organization for Animal Health (OIE) to ensure the health and welfare of terrestrial animals and to prevent the spread of animal diseases. The code aims to promote international trade in animals and animal products while protecting public health and animal welfare that includes surveillance, diagnostics, and control measures.

***Yes, you are considered a parasitic animal by globalists

  • Aquatic Code: The OIE Aquatic Animal Health Code (AAHC) is a set of standards and guidelines developed by the World Organization for Animal Health (OIE) to promote the health and welfare of aquatic animals and public health. The code aims to ensure the safe trade of aquatic animals and products, while also protecting the environment and preventing the spread of diseases.

The manual aims to facilitate international trade in animals and animal products and to contribute to the improvement of animal health services worldwide.

  • Manual of Standards For Diagnostic Tests and Vaccines

The manual provides standards for diagnostic tests and vaccines for terrestrial animals, aiming to facilitate international trade and improve animal health services.

These search results provide a comprehensive guide to diagnostics and vaccination for various vaccine-preventable diseases, including laboratory support, contact persons, and standards for diagnostic tests and vaccines.

  • FDA Food Code:  The FDA Food Code is a model for best practices to ensure the safe handling of food in a retail setting. It has significantly reduced the risk for foodborne illness within retail establishments, thus strengthening consumer confidence in the safety of the food we eat from supermarkets and restaurants.

As you review historical and current activity on the march towards engulfing globalism under a tyrannical regime, I would like to introduce you to the CARVER + SHOCK algorithm.

CARVER plus SHOCK is a government algorithm that was originally designed for food terrorism but is applicable to all incidents of terrorism, no matter the origin.

In this explanation you will learn three critical things as well as the mechanisms of controlled events.

  1. The Surprise Element is the name of the game to overwhelm your senses and your ability to fathom the event, much less how to deal with the surprise event.
  2. You will also learn that the SHOCK element is constructed to hit you below the belt to knock you off guard whether the attack is against your religion, your economic viability, your countries moral and ethical value system,
  3. This is an integrated weapon algorithm used for the ongoing assault to make Planet Earth a lifeless planet.

The CARVER plus SHOCK method is an OFFENSIVE TARGETING PRIORITIZATION tool. It was adapted for use in the food sector but can be used in ANY sector. It is used to assess the VULNERABILITIES within a system or infrastructure to an ATTACK.  It ALLOWS YOU TO THINK LIKE AN ATTACKER, by identifying attractive targets for attack.

As you learn about this algorithm think about the following ATTACKS.  These were preplanned events and fit within algorithm.

  • Oklahoma Bombing
  • September 11, 2001
  • COVID
  • Columbine Active Shooter
  • Sandy Hook Active Shooter

Now, let’s get personal:

•         Traumatic Health Incident (induced by nefarious actors)

•         Economic Trauma

•         Assault on Liberty

•         Assault on Identity

•         Assault on Biological life

•         Assault on Sexual Identity

•         On, and on…

Key Components:

CARVER stands for:

•         Criticality-Measure health and economic impacts of an attack,

•         Accessibility-Do you have access both in and out of the target?

•         Recuperability-Can you recover from an attack?

•         Vulnerability-Can the attack be accomplished EASILY?

•         Effect-Amount of direct loss from an attack including PRODUCTION.

•         Recognizability-Is the TARGET easily IDENTIFIED?

Accessibility Criteria     Scale

Easily Accessible (e.g., target is outside building and no perimeter fence). Limited physical or human barriers or observation. Attacker has relatively unlimited access to the target. Attack can be carried out using medium or large volumes of contaminant without undue concern of detection. Multiple sources of information concerning the facility and the target are easily available. 9 –10

Accessible (e.g., target is inside building, but in unsecured part of facility). Human observation and physical barriers limited. Attacker has access to the target for an hour or less. Attack can be carried out with moderate to large volumes of contaminant, but requires the use of stealth. Only limited specific information is available on the facility and the target. 7 – 8

Partially Accessible (e.g. inside building, but in a relatively unsecured, but busy, part of facility). Under constant possible human observation. Some physical barriers may be present. Contaminant must be disguised, and time limitations are significant. Only general, non-specific information is available on the facility and the target.  5 – 6

Hardly Accessible (e.g., inside building in a secured part of facility). Human observation and physical barriers with an established means of detection. Access generally restricted to operators or authorized persons. Contaminant must be disguised, and time limitations are extreme. Limited general information available on the facility and the target. 3 – 4

Not Accessible. Physical barriers, alarms, and human observation. Defined means of intervention in place. Attacker can access target for less than 5 minutes with all equipment carried in pockets. No useful publicly available information concerning the target. 1 – 2

Recuperability Criteria

> 1 year – 9 – 10

6 months to 1 year – 7 – 8

3-6 months – 5 – 6

1-3 months – 3 – 4

< 1=””> – 1 – 2

Recognizability Criteria Scale

The target is clearly recognizable and requires little or no training for recognition –  9 –10

The target is easily recognizable and requires only a small amount of training for recognition  – 7 – 8

The target is difficult to recognize or might be confused with other targets or target components and requires some training for recognition – 5 – 6

The target is difficult to recognize. It is easily confused with other targets or components and requires extensive training for recognition – 3 – 4

The target cannot be recognized under any conditions, except by experts. – 1-2                                                                                                                                                  1 – 2

SHOCK

Shock is the final attribute considered in the methodology. Shock is the combined measure of the health, psychological, and collateral national economic impacts of a successful attack on the target system. Shock is considered on a national level. The PSYCHOLOGICAL IMPACT will be increased if there are a large number of deaths, or the target has HISTORICAL, CULTURAL, RELIGIOUS, and other SYMBOLIC SIGNIFICANCE.

Mass casualties are not required to achieve widespread economic loss or psychological damage.

Collateral economic damage includes such items as decreased national economic activity, increased unemployment in collateral industries, etc.

Psychological impact will be increased if victims are members of sensitive subpopulations such as children or the elderly.

The metrics for this criterion are:

Shock Scale

•         Target has major historical, cultural, religious, or other symbolic importance. Loss of over 10,000 lives.

•         Major impact on sensitive subpopulations, e.g., children or elderly.

•         National economic impact more than $100 billion .9-10

•         Target has high historical, cultural, religious, or other symbolic importance. Loss of between 1,000 and 10,000 lives.

•         Significant impact on sensitive subpopulations, e.g., children or elderly.

•         National economic impact between $10 and $100 billion. 7-8

•         Target has moderate historical, cultural, religious, or other symbolic importance.

•         Loss of life between 100 and 1,000. Moderate impact on sensitive subpopulations, e.g., children or elderly.

•         National economic impact between $1 and $10 billion. 5-6

Target has little historical, cultural, religious, or other symbolic importance. Loss of life less than 100. Small impact on sensitive subpopulations, e.g., children or elderly.

National economic impact between $100 million and $1 billion. 3-4

Target has no historical, cultural, religious, or other symbolic importance. Loss of life less than 10. No impact on sensitive subpopulations, e.g., children or elderly. National economic impact less than $100 million.  1-2

By definition, ATTACKERS attempt to evoke STRONG EMOTIONAL RESPONSES from their TARGET AUDIENCE so that will make decisions using their primal brain stem rather than rational decisions.  More on this topic later. Aspects of targets they view as increasing a target’s shock value are:

•         SYMBOLISM

•         LARGE NUMBER OF CASUALITIES

•         STRIKE AT CORE VALUE SYSTEMS

•         EVOKE PRIMAL EMOTIONS

SHOCK: SHOCK is the combined damage to health, economic, or psychological impacts of an attack.

The ATTACK is delivered using:

•         Surprise-The TARGET does NOT KNOW it is coming.

•         Hiding-The actors delivering the ATTACK are HIDDEN from view.

•         Obfuscation-The actors are camouflaged,

•         Complexity-The ATTACK is always complex with operations be obscured by the Fog of War.

•         Kinetics-Attacks involving ENERGY weaponry.

How it Works:

The CARVER plus SHOCK method is applied to each element of any sector and are assigned a 1-10 number, the higher number being the most vulnerable and most attractive targets for an attacker.

Benefits:

•         Helps you identify the most attractive targets for attack

•         Helps you to think like an attacker

•         Helps to MINIMIZE the potential impact of an attack on a target

•         HELPS you to PRIOITIZE your vulnerabilities and allocate resources effectively.

Applications:

Many agencies use CARVER plus SHOCK.  Keep in mind Carver + SHOCK is scalable from the international level down to your own home and life.

The Stamping Out Manual is a manual that went through the global system to perfect the depopulation system.  It gives specifics on the quickest, easiest, effective ways to depopulate and globally endorsed carcass management and disposal.

The Stamping Out manual originated from the UN.  It was sent to Australia for Beta-Test.  Once the “bugs” were worked out it went back to the UN.  The UN then sent the perfected manual for the killing and disposition of species to signatory countries for adoption including the United State.  It has now been sanitized.  It is no longer available for the public to inspect.

On a speaking tour in 2006, I showed a friend the hardcopy manual and she suddenly got violently ill due to its graphic nature.

The “stamping out” manual refers to a set of guidelines on when and how to use the stamping out policy as a method of disease control. This policy involves the destruction of animals, disposal, and decontamination procedures to eradicate diseases. The manual is divided into three parts, covering issues surrounding the destruction of animals, disposal, and decontamination procedures.

The manual emphasizes the importance of considering social, economic, and other factors before selecting the approved stamping out approach. It highlights the need for community acceptance on religious, ethnic, animal welfare, and other social and economic grounds. The manual also notes that the impact of the stamping-out approach on livestock and companion animal owners goes beyond financial loss.

In the context of African Swine Fever (ASF), the manual recommends optimal response mechanisms against probable ASF emergency disease situations to control and eradicate the disease in the most rapid and cost-effective way. Plum Island Biological Warfare Laboratory weaponized African Swine Fever and had scientist from the Ukraine take some back to Ukraine when it conveniently got in a conflagration with Russia in 2007 and you could watch the weaponized ASF move east across the front.

From Wikipedia:

An outbreak occurred at the beginning of 2007 in Georgia, and subsequently spread to Armenia, Azerbaijan, Iran, Russia, and Belarus, raising concerns that ASFV may spread further geographically and have negative economic effects on the swine industry.

African swine fever had become endemic in the Russian Federation since spreading into the North Caucasus in November 2007.

The manual also emphasizes the need for market-level compensation to owners of animals compulsorily slaughtered to prevent illegal movements and disease spread.

Overall, the “stamping out” manual provides a comprehensive framework for disease control and eradication, considering the complex social, economic, and environmental factors involved, always in favor of the globalists.

IBOL/COBOL

The International Barcode of Life (iBOL) is a research alliance of nations that aims to transform biodiversity science by building DNA barcode reference libraries, sequencing facilities, informatics platforms, analytical protocols, and international collaboration to inventory and assess biodiversity. The iBOL Barcode Index Numbers (BINs) are a key component of this effort.

What is a Barcode Index Number (BIN)?

A BIN is a sequence cluster that closely approximates a species. It is a unique identifier for a group of DNA sequences that are similar enough to be considered the same species. BINs are used to identify unknown DNA samples to registered species based on comparison to a reference library.

How does iBOL work?

iBOL has overseen the completion of two major programs: BARCODE 500K and BIOSCAN. BARCODE 500K barcoded 500,000 species, while BIOSCAN aims to extend barcode coverage to 2.5 million species by 2025. The iBOL Barcode Index Numbers (BINs) are used to identify unknown DNA samples to registered species based on comparison to a reference library.

What is the significance of iBOL?

iBOL’s mission is to deliver a comprehensive understanding of the composition and distribution of multi-cellular life on the planet by 2045.  In my opinion, this is a new book of Synthetic Entities.

National Animal Identification System

An “animal” identification management system constructed by the UN and deployed on October 31, 2005, to ALL signatory nations.  LINK
 It contains three pillars:

  1. All property belongs to the government.
  2. All biological life will be electronically identified.
  3. 24/7 surveillance

The National Animal Identification System (NAIS) is a government-run program in the United States intended to extend government animal health surveillance by identifying and tracking specific animals. Administered at the federal level by the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), a branch of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), NAIS will also be overseen by state animal health boards.

History and Purpose

The NAIS was set forth in early 2004 by a working group including both industry and government officials. The goal of the NAIS is nationwide 48-hour traceback of all livestock and poultry in the event of a disease emergency. The system aims to improve disease management and response by providing a framework for identifying and tracking animals, which would enable rapid and effective disease traceback and control.

Key Components

  1. Animal Identification: Each animal will be assigned a unique identifier, which will be used to track its movement throughout its life.
  2. Databases: A national database will be established to store information on animal movements, health status, and other relevant data.
  3. Tracking: The system will track animal movements from birth to slaughter, allowing for rapid traceback in the event of a disease outbreak.
  4. State and Federal Oversight: State animal health boards and the USDA will oversee the implementation and operation of the NAIS.

Challenges and Concerns

  1. Cost: The implementation and operation of the NAIS are expected to be costly, with estimates ranging from $1 billion to $2 billion.
  2. Privacy and Security: Concerns have been raised about the security and confidentiality of animal and producer data.
  3. Liability: Producers may face increased liability for disease outbreaks, as they will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and tracking animal movements.
  4. Feasibility: Some argue that the system is too complex and may not be feasible for small-scale producers.

Current Status

The NAIS has faced significant challenges and controversy, leading to a re-evaluation of the program. In 2010, the USDA announced the Animal Disease Traceability (ADT) program, which focuses on identifying and tracking animals traded through interstate commerce. The ADT program is seen as a more practical and cost-effective approach to animal disease management.

As many of you know I am passionate about health.  I am challenging you to spend 5-days learning about growing your own food.

Fresh, home-grown food is so good for you, and it tastes awesome which I know that you love.  Unfortunately, today growing a garden has become a lost artform.

In this challenge, you can learn online or pick up a book.

At FEMA we were constantly encouraged to learn new skills and to cross-train.

I will digress for a moment.  My husband and I shared a beautiful marriage, but he was not an agent, and he did not believe in cross-training which was in my blood.  The long and short of it is that he was killed. I learned fast why I wanted to cross-train.

A pipe burst in our home, and I did not even know where the water turn off was.  The pipe did break above blow the small turn off valve.  By the time I got help some hours later I had five inches of water pouring uncontrollably in my house.  Now, I ensure that I l PURPOSE to learn NEW SKILLS each day.

WHY learn to grow your own food?

You will make yourself healthier but if that is not motivation you will get better at the skills that you already have.

Anytime you learn a new skill, your brain reacts in a few specific ways.

First, it increases activity among existing neural links.

That means all the neuron cells in your brain that you built in the past get a little extra exercise. Partly so your brain can learn faster, but also in part to see what existing skills you have that might benefit the new skill you are trying to learn.

Those brain signals will increase exponentially when you feed them real food. You have a lot of built-up brain matter – and your brain can save a lot of time learning new things just by reviewing what you already know.

Your brain will start to produce new white brain matter, called ‘myelin’, that improves the performance and health of your brain.

The role of myelin is to act as a protective sheath for the wiring in your brain. Today your brain is constantly rewiring.  That rewiring can be good for your brain, or you can let the tech companies rewire your brain in their favor.

The biggest benefit from learning something new isn’t mastering the new thing — it’s about improving the old things.

When new learning occurs, the neural activity causes a sort of mental waterfall effect. Yes, you learn new skills. Yes, you create new connections and gain new knowledge.

But at an exponentially greater speed, you reactivate dormant connections and connect new information with old information. That means you get a lot smarter in older things by getting a little smarter in new things!

To give you an idea, you can design a 3-plant garden.  Then you can make or buy a pot or raised be.  You can choose indoors or outdoors.  I would highly suggest doing at least one plant indoors and one outdoors.  The routine of watering, fertilizing, and watching your plant thrive under you care is extremely rewarding.  And the ultimate is harvesting time which depending upon what plants you chose is so rewarding.

If you accept my challenge, you will learn so many skills from environment, science, physics, engineering, spatial orientation, chemistry (if you choose to preserve your harvest) and thwarting invasive weeds and insects.

If you are feeling bored – like you are stagnating or ‘getting dumber’ from sitting around waiting for the next season of your favorite show – maybe, it’s time to learn something new!

This challenge does not have to be a huge time drain.

Even if you are bad at the new thing, you will see yourself get better at the things you already know.

Don’t believe me? That’s fine —  give it a try.

And when you see the change for yourself, write to tell me about it!

The SECRET FDA FOOD CODE

Commemorating 30-years
of the Secret Food Code UN Lockstep:
Control Food
“Control the food, you control the people”

Deployed: 1997 with pivotal step in 2005

*Critical to note: EACH State signs on to the Federal Food Code which is lockstep within the UN system.

The Food Code is a model for best practices to ensure the safe handling of food in a retail setting. It has significantly reduced the risk for foodborne illness within retail establishments, thus strengthening consumer confidence in the safety of the food we eat from supermarkets and restaurants.

Updates will be continually made public throughout the 30th year anniversary.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) publishes the Food Code, a model that assists food control jurisdictions at all levels of government by providing them with a scientifically sound technical and legal basis for regulating the retail and food service segment of the industry (restaurants and grocery stores and institutions such as nursing homes).

Local, state, tribal, and federal regulators use the FDA Food Code as a model to develop or update their own food safety rules and to be consistent with national food regulatory policy.

Between 1993 and 2001, the Food Code was issued in its current format, every two years. With the support of the Conference for Food Protection (CFP), FDA decided to move to a four-year interval between complete Food Code editions. During the interim period between full editions, FDA may publish a Food Code Supplement that updates, modifies, or clarifies certain provisions.

The 2005 Food Code was the first full edition published on the new four-year interval, and it was followed by the Supplement to the 2005 Food Code, which was published in 2007. The 2022 Food Code is the most recent full edition published by FDA.

As we have learned the powers-that-be incrementally attacked the symbolism of our country, our various faiths, our health institutions, and various freedoms, and now our food we buy is not healthy and nutrient dense but rather, let me call it as it is, POISON.

Just like in the Pavlovian experiments, we continue to buy and crave convenient store products- even when we know they are harmful to our health and are dismantling our body. How should we respond to these various destructive programs.

When I was at FEMA, one of the most eye-opening things they taught me was that there are two types of thinking.

The first one that most people engage in is reactionary thinking.

It’s also the least efficient of the two.

Reactionary thinking looks something like this: you observe an event, you process the information, you react to decide your next move.

People often confuse reactionary thinking with “instinct.”

I oftentimes use the mysterious case of Mike the Headless Chicken as an example.

Mike the Headless Chicken was born on April 20, 1945, in Colorado, and he originally had a head. Farmer Lloyd Olsen aimed to behead Mike the Chicken with the swing of an axe.

During the beheading the Farmer Olsen did chop off the Mike’s head but left the brain stem and the cerebellum remain intact. A convenient clot stopped the bleeding.

Mike the Headless Chicken scratched for grain, hung around the flock, even attempted a crow, and would do the rooster dance.  He was feed using an eye dropper.  Mike ended up being an International Road Sensation-popular at circuses and other attractions.

This is what the government wants for you: to be chemically and neural decapitation and dependent upon them for your every need and decision, even unto your ultimate demise.

When you are thinking REACTIVELY, you have already lost control of the situation.

And that’s what makes you inefficient.

That’s why you need to rely on this other type of thinking, which some call critical thinking or rational thinking.  This is when your process your situation by thinking about the situational landscape with its possible hazards and opportunities rather than by emotion and instinct. Remember, we just looked at the Carver +SHOCK which one of its hallmarks is to evoke strong emotion into you to instinctively use your emotional primal brain stem rather than to think out the situation.  You need to carefully walk through the scenario that you are in using your rational thinking to come to the best outcome for you and your family.

United States Global Health Security Partnerships

*Notice “Partnerships” is in the plural
US Pandemic Plans Always to
“Harm”onize with the WHO

This Coalition began to chip away at national sovereignty for the idealist goal of a globally managed common good.

The United States works at home and abroad to prevent, detect, prepare for, and respond to infectious disease threats, whether they occur naturally, accidentally, or intentionally. The country has established 50 formal Global Health Security (GHS) partnerships with countries and one regional group to strengthen capacity in areas critical to each country, with a goal of achieving “Demonstrated Capacity” or comparable level (depending on country context) in at least five technical areas measured by relevant health security assessments.

Key Partnerships:

The United States has established 50 formal GHS partnerships with countries and one regional group, with a focus on strengthening capacity in areas critical to each country.

These partnerships aim to achieve “Demonstrated Capacity” or comparable level in at least five technical areas, such as surveillance, detection, and response to infectious disease threats.

The partnerships also focus on strengthening national, regional, and global capacities needed to prevent, detect, and respond to infectious disease threats when and where they emerge.

Key Initiatives:

The 2024 U.S. Global Health Security Strategy (GHSS) sets out three goals to guide the United States’ affirmative agenda to advance global health security, including strengthening global health security capacities through bilateral partnerships.

The Bureau of Global Health Security and Diplomacy (GHSD) leads and coordinates the Department’s work on strengthening global health security to prevent, detect, and respond to infectious diseases, including HIV/AIDS.

The United States works with countries, donors, non-governmental organizations, the private sector, and regional and international organizations to strengthen national, regional, and global capacities needed to prevent, detect, and respond to infectious disease threats when and where they emerge.

National Strategy
for Pandemic Influenza

Deployed: 2005, with ongoing Living Document revisions

As we have explored, the goal was always to use foreign or neglected diseases to covertly begin planetary management.  This did expand to include vaccination-induced, dietary, environmental, and UN policy generated diseases such as obesity and various allowed toxins entering our bodies and disrupting our Original Design functioning.

In 2005, officials at the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) developed a Pandemic Influenza Plan to coordinate and improve efforts to prevent, control, and respond to A(H5N1) viruses as well as other novel influenza A viruses of animal (e.g. from birds or pigs) with pandemic potential. Although it is impossible to predict when the next pandemic will occur, United States government have developed three tools to guide national, state and local planning and response.

These tools align with the World Health Organization’s (WHO) global framework of pandemic phases and risk assessment activities for preparedness, response, and recovery.

My friends, I have been sharing this information since 2005.  This WHO transfer of power occurred in 2005.

In 2005 and 2006, the White House Homeland Security Council outlined the National Strategy for Pandemic Influenza [358 KB, 17 pages] and National Strategy for Pandemic Influenza Implementation Plan [4.2 MB, 233 pages] to guide the United States’ preparedness and response activities in an influenza pandemic. These plans aimed to stop, slow or otherwise limit the spread of a pandemic to the United States; limiting domestic spread, mitigating disease, suffering and death; and sustaining infrastructure and lessening the effects on the economy and society as a whole. At the same time, HHS framed its Pandemic Influenza Plan [1.0 MB, 52 pages] around a doctrine that laid out guiding principles for pandemic influenza preparedness and response.

Since 2005, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has worked with partners in public health, health care, and emergency management to make significant strides in improving the nation’s pandemic influenza preparedness. Today, there is a well-established domestic vaccine manufacturing capacity, stockpiles of influenza vaccines and therapeutics, and evidence-based guidance on prevention, mitigation and treatment available for state and local governments, the private sector, individuals, and families.

The nation now faces new challenges — how to sustain the advances made, how to keep up with the changes in how people live and work for example — and these challenges call for new approaches to better protect the nation against influenza pandemics. As part of HHS’ overarching strategy to address these new challenges, seven focus areas (“Domains”) [1.0 MB, 52 pages] have been developed to guide future efforts to improve pandemic influenza preparedness.

Development of
The North American Pandemic Plan

I first covered this plan and its development back in 2006.  The North American Pandemic Plan is a collaborative effort between Canada, Mexico, and the United States to prepare for and respond to pandemic influenza and other public health emergencies. This began the slippery slope of erasing country sovereignties and uniting to fight a common threat, diseases that strike fear in the hearts of men.

The plan was developed as part of the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SPP) and aims to enhance regional coordination, communication, and preparedness for public health crises.

Key Components

North American Plan for Animal and Pandemic Influenza (NAPAPI): Launched in 2007, NAPAPI is a comprehensive plan that outlines the roles and responsibilities of each country in responding to a pandemic. The plan focuses on preparedness, detection, and response to pandemic influenza.

Notice how this plan is used as a foundation for COVID.  Do not think for a moment that they did not have a plan to deal with COVID as it was a manufactured weapon crisis.

National COVID-19 Preparedness Plan: Released in 2021, this plan outlines the U.S. government’s strategy for fighting COVID-19 and moving forward safely. The plan focuses on sustaining and building on progress made over the past 13 months and lays out a roadmap for future pandemic preparedness.

Objectives

Enhance regional coordination and communication among Canada, Mexico, and the United States.

Improve preparedness for pandemic influenza and other public health emergencies.

Develop a comprehensive plan for detection, response, and recovery from a pandemic.

Ensure effective use of resources and allocation of responsibilities among countries. Foster public awareness and education on pandemic preparedness and response

Handbook of Biosurveillance
The Wagnerian Office

Deployed: 2006

I secured this very insightful book at the University of Washington’s Medical Center bookstore.  It was pricey but well worth the expense.

The Handbook of Biosurveillance was published by Elisvier in 2006.  It has a peculiar notation in the glossary about a Wagnerian Office and the play Parsifal.

The term “Wagnerian” refers to something that is related to the life and works of Richard Wagner, a German composer. And of course, Parsifal was one of his compositions.  But what is it doing in a book on biosurveillance?

Let me set the stage, the lighting is warm and golden, casting a flattering glow over the entire “space.” In this Wagnerian office, every detail is designed to inspire creativity and productivity, while also evoking the sense of drama and spectacle that is characteristic of Wagner’s music.  This piece was “conceived” on Good Friday, 1856. It is considered a SACRED work.  The themes center around Buddhism, self-renunciation, rebirth, compassion, and even exclusive social groups-including castes, the knights of the Grail in Parsifal.

Oftentimes, the set of Parsifal has no PHYSICAL props.  It is played out using imaginary props. We can clearly see that stage set is played out with real or the perceived.

We must consider AI with its Deep Fakes and Metaverse was always a component of the original Hierarchy of Control using Pathogens, real or perceived.

By-the-way, it was engineered to break our Constitution through pathogens and this book gives the how-to guide.

WHO Management of Dead Bodies after Disasters

A Field Manual for First Responders

Deployed:  9 October 2006

This will not be the only time that organized plans emerge to deal with managing death after a mass-casualty event including the disposal of carcasses and bodies.

Natural disasters can have catastrophic consequences, causing large numbers of deaths and overwhelming local and even regional emergency response services. Local organizations and communities are usually the first to respond to a disaster, which includes rescuing and caring for survivors and managing the dead.

Disposal of bodies and carcasses falls under an ESF which stands for Emergency Support Function, which is a component of the National Response Framework and your State Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan (CEMP). ESF Mass Casualty refers to a situation where emergency medical services (EMS) resources are overwhelmed by the number and severity of casualties.

Definition

A mass casualty incident (MCI) is defined as an incident where emergency medical services resources are overwhelmed by the number and severity of casualties. This can include natural disasters, accidents, or intentional acts of violence.

For instance, the humanitarian community recognizes that proper management of the dead is a key component of disaster response, together with the recovery and care of survivors and the supply of basic services. Experience from events such as the 2004 Indian Ocean Tsunami and the 2013 Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines have reaffirmed that first responders – including local residents and volunteers – play an important role in managing the remains of those killed.

At one Agency meeting I attended, a discussion on the table was to electronically identify the living and the dead.  At the time everyone assumed that the electronic identification would be the rice-size RFID tag, but an internal electronic identification was well in the works by this time.  In fact, in a Florida panhandle hurricane the dead were not counted UNLESS the body was identified.  Rather, they were stacked up on the corners like cordwood to be picked up for mass disposal according to one witness.

These first responders throughout the world need simple, practical and easy-to-follow guidelines, ensuring that they can carry out this task in a proper and dignified way. This includes taking the necessary steps to aid future work by forensic specialists and investigators in identifying human remains and clarifying the fate of the missing. Such guidance is also necessary for planning adequate disaster preparedness. The first edition of this manual was published in 2006 precisely to respond to those needs.

Quietly, behind the scenes I have been rebuilding Celestial Report into a single website for your convenience, but also as a Hub for spiritual and practical tips for your survival.

Yes, the disaster shoe has dropped that everyone knew either consciously or subconsciously was going to happen.

Maybe your take is that you are aware, unaware, or in the in the category of: “I do not care,” but nevertheless, as they would say at the Agencies, “The Train has left the Station”, and it will transform your life to chaos.  Brace for Impact!  Welcome to your life in the Combat Zone!

The Truth is:

In these days, work never ends.

One day passes into another ending in exhaustion.

If you’ve ever felt trapped in your End Days daily grind, you’re not alone.

In the Agencies you can spend your time in a ‘time block’ or ‘segment’ – a set period reserved for a specific activity, except during activations where there is a looser standard.

For example, at FEMA:

  • We had 1-hour classes on various disaster topics.
  • During activations we might have to work long hours, but they were broken up into smaller segments such as: working, food, rest, and on occasion after an intense activation, they would call in a Massage Team for relaxation.

Time blocking builds confidence and comfort.

Most of you know that I do my own broadcasting, a popular guest on other shows, write articles write books, manage technology (ugh), organic garden, research and stay current in Continuing Education, but I am also at Miss Zippy’s beck-and-call for tennis ball throw, brushing, petting, feeding, and on and on it goes.  Am I tired yet?

I constantly am best with new challenges, technical hurdles and days that go fleeting by with my To Do list barely touched:

  • Researching the endless journals
  • Doing interviews
  • Writing books.
  • Throw Miss Zippy a ball, “No, not in my baby seedlings!”
  • Searching for this or that, as I am still adjust from my Montana move.

The same tools that helped me optimize my resources in crazy disasters helps me succeed now, in my everyday conflict zone.

Here’s how to build your own segment schedule:

Step 1: Identify Optimal

Work when your mind and body are best suited.

Consider everyone’s natural peak state to make your routine effective and efficient.  (Night owls, Early birds)

You can divide blocks anyway you choose – in 15-minute increments or 6-hour increments. But you must stack them to see where they overlap.

For me, my mind is clearest between 8am-3pm. When one is healthy their cortisol which helps your energy level is the highest.

My daughters on the other hand are Night Owls and just get going around noon.

My business partner, now with the Lord, got up midday and invariably went to bed just as I was getting up.

Step 2: Build with Blocks

Draw a 24-hour timeline and stack each person’s ‘optimal’ blocks.

Schedule resource-intensive activities where blocks overlap the most.

Divide time to support one another where optimal hours don’t align.

When my mind starts to tap out around 3 pm, I go to no-brainer work such pulling weeds or trimming plants or playing with Miss Zippy.

Step 3: Make it Sticky

The next biggest mistake people make when they block time is over-correcting their schedule. I am the worse at this.  Given I work from home versus the Agencies Where blocking was easier) it is so easy to say, “Just a little more, and then I will move on to something else.”

Trust the process and give your new segments 7 days to settle.

In those seven days you will see how the reduced stress and increased energy offsets the initial challenges.

Your improved attitude provides you the mental resources you need to overcome minor inconveniences that can derail others.

Fight the urge to constantly adjust – over-correcting leads to seeing the schedule as a stressor.
You can optimize your life the same way agents optimize in a disaster.

Trust your process and don’t ‘fix’ yourself.  “Physician, heal thyself.”

Animal Disease Tracing (ADT)

Deployed: 2010

Evolved from the National Animal Identification System due to fierce public opposition.

Animal Disease Traceability (ADT) is a UN process of tracking and identifying animals, especially those that are diseased or at-risk, to ensure a rapid response in the event of an animal disease outbreak. This system helps to identify the location and movement of animals, reducing the number of animals and response time involved in a disease investigation, which in turn reduces the economic impact on owners and affected communities.

How does ADT work?

ADT involves the use of official individual identification of animals, such as RFID tags, and rapid tracing during an outbreak. This information is used to track the movement of animals, allowing officials to quickly identify the source of the disease and take targeted measures to contain it.

Benefits of ADT

Reduces the number of animals and response time involved in a disease investigation

Reduces the economic impact on owners and affected communities

Allows for a rapid and targeted response to animal disease outbreaks

Enhances animal health and welfare

Supports international trade and commerce

Examples of ADT in action

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the Texas Animal Health Commission (TAHC) offer free RFID tags for animal disease traceability.

The TAHC Animal Disease Traceability Department provides a cooperative program to ensure a rapid response to animal disease events.

Conclusion

Animal Disease Traceability is a critical component of animal health and welfare, as well as international trade and commerce. By tracking and identifying animals, especially those that are diseased or at-risk, ADT helps to reduce the economic impact of animal disease outbreaks and supports a rapid and targeted response.

Athena Agenda, LINK

It is a deception that “animals” are to be electronically identified by an RFID.  Today, with the advent of Smart Dust, nanoparticles, and Synthetic Biology track and trace technology is inserted into our bodies needle-free through various means at the molecular scale.  These are such small technologies we are not even aware they are being inserted.  They also include Internet IP addresses and can store traceable data in our DNA using us much like a thumb drive to back up the data they collect.

Rules for Radical Geoengineering

Early proposals for Geoengineering or Terraforming the planet began in the 1960’s although it was not until the 1990’s that we began witnessing “trails” in the sky and various types of residues falling out of those trails, leaving behind a wake of illnesses.

Planetary Terraforming of the planet escalated when 200 experts in geosciences and other scientific and policy disciplines met here to confront a new kind of risky research: large-scale geoengineering projects aimed at countering the buildup of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere. And although the climate scientists may have accomplished less in a week than did their biologist forebears, they did make progress.

The conference organizers declared that geoengineering research is “indispensable” but said that it should be done with “humility.” Governments and the public should work together to decide what schemes are “viable, appropriate, and ethical,” the statement added. Cuts in greenhouse emissions should be a priority, it said, mirroring statements by the American Geophysical Union and the U.K. Royal Society.

Carcass Management
To Carcass Disposal
Changing the IMAGE of Death

Death is an uncomfortable topic to soul search and to discuss in polite society.  Knowing depopulation was in the plan, plans were made to build a culture of death and make it beautiful and desired.  While this document discusses animals, since 2012 it is applicable to mankind as well, as we shall soon see.

Carcass management and disposal are crucial aspects of animal husbandry, particularly in the livestock industry, and they do manage mankind like as they do animals. Proper disposal of carcasses is essential to prevent the spread of diseases, maintain environmental quality, and ensure public health and safety.

Methods of Carcass Disposal

There are several methods of carcass disposal, each with its own advantages and disadvantages. Some of the most common methods include:

Burial: Burial is a common method of carcass disposal, particularly for small animals. However, it may not be suitable for large animals or those with a high risk of disease transmission.  This will soon be banned as dangerous to the environment.

Composting: Composting is a process that breaks down organic matter into a stable humus-like material. It is a popular method for disposing of carcasses, as it is environmentally friendly and can reduce the risk of disease transmission.

Incineration: Incineration involves burning the carcass in a controlled environment. It is a effective method for disposing of carcasses, but it requires specialized equipment and can be expensive.  This will soon be banned as dangerous to the environment.

Rendering, now known as composting for the circular economy: Rendering involves processing the carcass into usable products, such as animal feed or fertilizer. It is a common method of carcass disposal in the livestock industry.

Regulations and Guidelines

Carcass disposal is regulated by various government agencies, including the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). There are also industry-specific guidelines and best practices that must be followed to ensure safe and responsible carcass disposal.

Best Practices for Carcass Disposal

To ensure safe and responsible carcass disposal, it is essential to follow best practices, including:

Double-bagging: Double-bagging involves placing the carcass in a heavy-duty plastic bag and then placing that bag in another bag. This helps to prevent leakage and contamination.

Proper storage: Carcasses should be stored in a cool, dry place to prevent decomposition and contamination.

Proper transportation: Carcasses should be transported in a way that prevents leakage and contamination.

Proper disposal: Carcasses should be disposed of in a way that prevents disease transmission and environmental contamination.

Conclusion

Carcass management and disposal are critical aspects of animal husbandry, and it is essential to follow best practices and regulations to ensure safe and responsible disposal. By understanding the different methods of carcass disposal and following industry guidelines, farmers and producers can help to prevent disease transmission, maintain environmental quality, and ensure public health and safety.

HUMAN AND ANIMAL HEALTH MERGER
ONE HEALTH

Deployed:  October 2012

Bangkok, Thailand

One agenda item that was kept silent out of all media except for the quiet ripples within the One Health community was the merger of human and animal health into one discipline.

The World Organization for Animal Health (WOAH) and the World Medical Association (WMA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to collaborate in the One-Health Initiative, a unified approach to veterinary and human medicine. This MOU aims to improve global health by enhancing cooperation and collaboration between physicians, veterinarians, and other scientific health and environmental professionals.

Key Objectives:

Support joint educational efforts between human medical and veterinary medical schools

Support cross-species disease surveillance and control efforts to prevent zoonotic diseases

Collaborate in the responsible use of antimicrobials with respect to critical antimicrobial lists for humans and animals

One Health Approach:

The One Health approach recognizes that human, animal, and ecosystem health are interconnected and interdependent. This understanding is not new, as ancient healer priests in Egypt drew no distinctions between caring for human patients and animals. The concept of “one medicine” prevailed until the 19th century, when the gulf between human and animal physicians began to widen.

Veterinary Public Health:

Veterinary public health is defined as the sum of all contributions to the complete physical, mental, and social well-being of humans through an understanding and application of veterinary medical science. Veterinary public health impacts human health by reducing exposure to hazards arising from animals, animal products, and their environment.

Examples of Hazards:

  • Zoonoses
  • Vector-borne infections
  • Other communicable diseases
  • Chemicals and drugs used in animals
  • Envenomations-Use toxins, some the most lethal from around the world to normalizing process to envenomate you through medical and cosmetic treatments.  Envenomation began PRIOR TO 2012, not in 2020.
  • Injuries from exposure to animals

Conclusion:

The MOU between WOAH and WMA is a significant step towards improving global health by promoting collaboration and cooperation between human and veterinary medicine.

How does this merger impact your health?  You have entered the gladiatorial arena like the ancient Roman Colosseum or the modern Hunger Games where you must not only combat other humans, but also animals, organisms, synthetic invaders, medical industrial complex, military industrial complex, global governance complex, contaminated and adulterated food and water supply. and a manufactured environment.  You are in a complex war to LIVE.

National Blueprint for Defense

Deployed:2015

The Apollo Mission and September 11, 2005, operations seized a patriotic American public and the world ripe for medical exploitation.  The US was going to bring the medical complex out of the shadows and shapeshift it into a weaponized biodefense program, leveraging the fear that people have of germs and diseases and the magic of playing to the crowd of patriotism.

The Bipartisan Commission on Biodefense was established in 2014 to assess gaps and provide recommendations to improve U.S. biodefense. The Commission is supported by a suite of distinguished ex officio members and staff with deep expertise in science, policy, intelligence, and defense.

This would become a Moonshot Program gleaning insights to garner public and private support to take “giant leaps for “mankind.”

Moonshots

Moonshot programs are ambitious initiatives that aim to achieve significant breakthroughs in a specific area, often with a bold and ambitious goal.

In the context of cancer or disease research, moonshot programs are designed to accelerate the development of new treatments, diagnostics, and prevention strategies to combat the disease.

Key Characteristics:

  1. Ambitious Goals: Moonshot programs set lofty goals, such as curing cancer, reducing cancer deaths, or improving patient outcomes.
  2. Interdisciplinary Approach: These programs bring together experts from various fields, including medicine, biology, engineering, computer science, and more, to tackle complex problems.
  3. Collaboration: Moonshot programs foster collaboration among researchers, clinicians, industry leaders, and patients to accelerate progress and share knowledge.
  4. Innovative Research: These programs often involve cutting-edge research, including the use of advanced technologies, such as artificial intelligence, genomics, and immunotherapy.
  5. Funding: Moonshot programs typically receive significant funding from government, private organizations, and philanthropic sources to support their ambitious goals.

Precision Medicine

Precision Medicine is One Health in disguise.  Precision medicine is an innovative approach to disease prevention and treatment that considers individual differences in genes, environments, and lifestyles. It aims to target the right treatments to the right patients at the right time, leading to more effective and personalized healthcare.

In his 2015 State of the Union address, then-U.S. President Barack Obama stated his intention to give $215 million of funding to the “Precision Medicine Initiative” of the United States National Institutes of Health.

In the long term, the Precision Medicine Initiative aimed to build a comprehensive scientific knowledge base by creating a national network of scientists and embarking on a national cohort study of one million Americans to expand our understanding of health and disease. All that was needed from you at the time were two simple things:

  1. Sign to participate in the program which allowed your blood to be studied and used by scientists around the world.
  2. A blood harvesting test that was the key to unlock to the world all your unique and personal barriers and private health details.

The mission statement of the Precision Medicine Initiative read: “To enable a new era of medicine through research, technology, and policies that empower patients, researchers, and providers to work together toward development of individualized treatments”.

In 2016, this initiative was renamed to “All of Us” a spawn of the National Institute of Health.  By January 2018, 10,000 people had enrolled in its pilot phase.

By the end of 2016, lead by Francis Schaffer, the program would attempt to recruit 1 million volunteers.  This failed due to people failing to see its relevance to their lives.

Most people did not endorse this “vision” until the ravages and fear of COVID in 2020.  Forsaking their convictions of medical privacy and biblical foundations, they ran towards the false promises and lies that promised to protect them populating the NIH cohort by millions upon millions.

Key Principles of Precision Medicine

  1. Personalized medicine: Tailoring treatment to an individual’s unique characteristics, such as genetic makeup, lifestyle, and environment.
  2. Targeted therapies: Developing treatments that target specific biological pathways or molecules associated with a particular disease.
  3. Data-driven decision-making: Using data and analytics to inform treatment decisions and monitor patient outcomes.
  4. Collaboration: Bringing together experts from various fields, including medicine, genetics, and data science, to develop and implement precision medicine approaches.

Biodefense Indicators

Biodefense Indicators: One Year Later- Events Outpacing Federal Efforts to Defend the Nation

Deployed:  December 2016

For such an expansive program such as the All for Us cohort and to prepare for future “pandemics”, a complex set of metrics needed to be developed at every juncture.

Biodefense indicators are metrics used to assess the preparedness and response of a country or organization to biological threats, such as pandemics, outbreaks, and bioterrorism. These indicators help identify potential vulnerabilities and track progress in implementing biodefense strategies.

Types of Biodefense Indicators

Prevention Indicators: Measure the effectiveness of prevention efforts, including surveillance, detection, and response to biological threats.

Detection Indicators: Assess the ability to detect and identify biological agents, including the development of diagnostic tools and testing capabilities.

Response Indicators: Evaluate the response to biological threats, including the effectiveness of emergency preparedness plans, communication, and coordination.

Recovery Indicators: Measure the ability to recover from biological threats, including the restoration of public health services and economic stability.

Key Biodefense Indicators

Surveillance and Detection: The ability to detect and track biological agents, including the development of diagnostic tools and testing capabilities.

Public Health Infrastructure: The capacity of public health systems to respond to biological threats, including emergency preparedness plans, communication, and coordination.

Research and Development: The investment in research and development of new diagnostic tools, treatments, and vaccines.

International Cooperation: The level of cooperation and coordination between countries to address global biological threats.

Challenges and Opportunities

Lack of Standardization: The lack of standardized biodefense indicators and metrics makes it difficult to compare and track progress across countries and organizations.

Limited Resources: The need for additional resources, including funding, personnel, and infrastructure, to support biodefense efforts.

Global Cooperation: The importance of international cooperation and coordination to address global biological threats and share best practices.

 It’s sad, but it’s a fact…

In today’s world, your health is a business.

  • Global Entities
  • Federal Government & their Contractors whose goal is to be the Synthetic Biomanufacturer nation in the world
  • Public Private Partnerships (a fusion of government and private industry)
  • Drug companies…
  • Insurance companies…
  • The food industry…

They all look at your health (or the lack of it, to be precise) as a source of revenue.

To them, you are not a person.

You are a business model, a commodity.

A means to an end.

That’s why, if you want to proactively regain and keep your health throughout your life, no matter your age-you must take forcibly take back the responsibility for your health, placing it back into your own hands.

If you are apathic about this.  And if that sounds like a hard thing to do, then the enemies of your health have succeeded. They have successfully convinced you that you can’t take care of your own health and convinced you to turn to their Final Depopulation Solution.

There are other options:

  • Spiritual guidance and faith
  • Functional Medicine
  • Diet
  • Supplementation
  • Healing frequencies, LINK
  • Proper Sleep
  • Exercise
  • Choosing a quality lifestyle.

It is a difficult road, fraught with hurdles if you have succumbed to poor health but persevere.

One time in 2002, I was in a tough health crisis. It looked very hopeless. I turned to the Bible and these words clung to my heart, mind, and soul:

The Spirit of the Lord shall rest upon Him,
The Spirit of wisdom and understanding,
The Spirit of counsel and might,
The Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord.
3His delight is in the fear of the Lord,
And He shall not judge by the sight of His eyes,
Nor decide by the hearing of His ears.;
Isaiah 11

How did I OVERCOME?

By not judging my health by what I saw with my eyes.  And no matter what the medical professionals told me, I did not decide by what the medical professionals were telling me.  Rather, I believed in God and what His Will was for my life.
And I am still here.

HHS 88-Page Regulation
on Communicable Disease

Deployed October 15, 2016

I was so concerned about this 2016, 88-page HHS document on Communicable Disease, that I did two shows on, Flock of Goat Preparedness, on Blog Talk Radio which has, unfortunately been taken down.  The first show was educating my audience on the dangers of the proposal and how it would impact them personally.  The second episode my husband David and I did a mini-FEMA exercise designed upon the Principles of Exercise Design that I learned and was certified by FEMA.  Of course, I only had a week, and my budget was zero, but we pulled it off.  I portrayed the air-head social media buff sharing all my personal information on Facebook, including ALL my personal health concerns.  David did double-duty as the Tech Giant Thug and Law Enforcement.  Due to what I shared I got arrested and drug off to a quarantine camp.

The only media covering this Proposed Regulation was myself and Dave Hodges of the Commonsense Show.

What is so concerning in this HHS document?

HHS 88-page Regulation on Communicable Disease with all the details on quarantines, payment, shutting down the government for coronavirus or Ebola (this was in 2016), forced exams and more.  Submitted into Federal Register August 15, 2016. It is the regulation of the land since October 15, 2016.

The HHS 88-page Regulation on Communicable Disease is a comprehensive document that outlines the guidelines and procedures for controlling and preventing the spread of communicable diseases in the United States. The regulation is published by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and is designed to protect the public health by preventing the spread of diseases and reducing the risk of outbreaks.

Key Provisions

The regulation covers a wide range of topics related to communicable diseases, including:

  • Reporting requirements: The regulation outlines the requirements for reporting communicable diseases to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local health departments.
  • Quarantine and isolation: The regulation provides guidelines for quarantine and isolation procedures, including the criteria for determining when an individual should be quarantined or isolated.
  • Travel restrictions: The regulation outlines the requirements for restricting travel to and from areas affected by communicable diseases.
  • Public health monitoring: The regulation provides guidelines for monitoring the health of individuals who have been exposed to or infected with a communicable disease.
  • Personal protective equipment (PPE): The regulation outlines the requirements for the use of PPE in healthcare settings to prevent the transmission of communicable diseases.
  • Shutting down the country to support the disease cause
  • Who pays
  • Forceable Exams
  • Tables and Charts
  • International Health Regulations

The regulation also includes information on the International Health Regulations (IHR), which are a set of global health regulations that aim to prevent the spread of communicable diseases across international borders. The IHR provide guidelines for countries to detect, report, and respond to public health events, and to prevent the spread of diseases through international travel and trade.

Conclusion

The HHS 88-page Regulation on Communicable Disease is a comprehensive document that outlines the guidelines and procedures for controlling and preventing the spread of communicable diseases in the United States. The regulation provides important information on reporting requirements, quarantine and isolation procedures, travel restrictions, public health monitoring, and personal protective equipment. By understanding the regulation, healthcare providers, public health officials, and individuals can work together to protect the public health and prevent the spread of communicable diseases.

About now you might be wondering to yourself,

“How come I never saw all these documents and plans?”

It was designed using the Invisibility Algorithm.

Let us look at the Invisibility Algorithm component.

You may have heard me speak about the Invisibility Algorithm.  It is an algorithm that I learned about at the Agencies.

Agencies use something called the INVISIBILITY ALGORITHIM to capture your attention.

Here is how it works:

There is a media blitz with FIVE provocative news items, SCRIPTED to CAPTURE YOUR ATTENTION.  They are like SHINY BALLS which draws your focus.

With your attention DIVERTED, it is like an INVISIBILITY CLOAK that the Agencies or Bad Actors use to carry out various COVERT OPERATIONS without anyone noticing.  Things such as:

  1. Operate outside the Constitution
  2. Suspend the Constitution
  3. Inject “ideas” into laws or regulation by Committee
  4. Hijack our Republic processes such as electoral, judicial, etc..
  5. Martial Law
  6. Imminent Domain
  7. Fuse with Global Entities
  8. Deploy surprise weaponry assaults

The Agencies KNOW that you can only focus or manage five people and five events at a time.  Anything more than that DEGRADES YOUR COGNITION (BRAIN POWER TO THINK).

When you are in the trenches of a disaster whether it be personal, family, state, federal or global you need to MAKE NOTE OF THIS IMPORTANT FACT.  If things get more intense that is the time to CALL IN ASSISTANCE FROM OTHERS.

“Learn to take risks; be persistent; don’t chase shiny objects; learn more; stay focused on the goal, etc.”

In other words, develop a success-focused mindset.

It doesn’t matter what business you’re in. When you have a winning mindset, you can be successful at anything.

And how do you develop such a mindset?

  • Habits are automatic behaviors below conscious awareness
  • Habits can either bring us health and happiness or keep us locked into destructive patterns of action

Budget Reform for Biodefense

Deployed:  February 2018

A new Circular Economy was slowly brewing, and it required an “Integrated System” so that it could pay for itself.  Biodefense had to be a FOR PROFIT Enterprise.

The report finds that the ad hoc and stovepiped approach to budgeting across multiple federal agencies is preventing strategic, long-term, and cohesive progress toward bolstering America’s vulnerable biodefense posture.

The Bipartisan Commission on Biodefense, a privately funded entity established in 2014, has released a report titled “Budget Reform for Biodefense: Integrated Budget Needed to Increase Return on Investment”. The report highlights the need for a comprehensive and integrated budget approach to biodefense, emphasizing the importance of strategic, long-term, and cohesive progress towards bolstering America’s vulnerable biodefense posture.

Key Recommendations:

Institutionalize biodefense in the Office of the Vice President: Empower the Vice President with jurisdiction and authority over biodefense responsibilities.

Establish a Biodefense Coordination Council at the White House: Led by the Vice President, this council should prioritize needed activities, designate responsibilities, and ensure accountability.

Develop a comprehensive national biodefense strategy: The Vice President should lead the development of a comprehensive national biodefense strategy and implementation plan.

Unify biodefense budgeting: Congress should mandate the development of a unified budget that defines how the entire biodefense enterprise is funded.

Determine and establish a clear congressional agenda: Senate and House leadership should direct each committee with biodefense jurisdiction to convene for an in-depth classified biological threat briefing at the start of each congressional session.

Improve management of the biological intelligence enterprise: The Director of National Intelligence should address biological threats in the same way as other issues, creating a national intelligence manager for biological threats and making biological weapons programs a discrete intelligence topic.

Integrate animal health and One Health approaches into biodefense strategies: The White House should lead all relevant agencies to a new level of understanding, planning, and operating with respect to biodefense that includes animal health and One Health.

Prioritize and align investments in medical countermeasures: The Vice President should ensure that Public Health Emergency Medical Countermeasures Enterprise priorities guide NIH biodefense research investments.

Fund the Public Health Emergency Preparedness cooperative agreement at no less than authorized levels: Congress should appropriate the Public Health Emergency Preparedness funding to authorized levels or the President’s request, whichever is higher.

Establish a standard process to develop and issue clinical infection control guidance for biological events: Congress should standardize the development of clinical infection control guidelines before biological events occur.

Conclusion:

The report emphasizes that the United States cannot afford to wait any longer to commit sufficient federal funds to biodefense. The current ad hoc and stovepiped approach to budgeting across multiple federal agencies is preventing strategic, long-term, and cohesive progress towards bolstering America’s vulnerable biodefense posture. The Bipartisan Commission on Biodefense urges immediate action to address these critical vulnerabilities and ensure the nation’s preparedness against biological threats.

CLADE X

The Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security hosted the Clade X pandemic tabletop exercise on May 15, 2018, in Washington, DC. The purpose of the exercise was to illustrate high-level strategic decisions and policies that the United States and the world will need to pursue in order to prevent a pandemic or diminish its consequences should prevention fail.

Why is Clade X Different than Other Exercises?

A Clade is a branch in an Evolutionary Tree and reorganization of species.  A clade is a group of organisms that shares a common ancestor and all its descendants. It is a fundamental concept in biology, particularly in evolutionary biology and systematics, used to classify and organize living organisms into a hierarchical structure.

Etymology of Clade: The term “clade” comes from the Greek word “klados,” meaning branch or twig, which refers to the branching pattern of evolutionary relationships among organisms. It reflects an exercise about a pandemic whose origin is a NEW CONSTRUCT NEVER SEEN BEFORE IN NATURE.  It was Synthetic Biology.

Pandemic X:  This pandemic exercise distinguishes it from all other exercises that were either natural events or a weaponized pathogen as scientists moved toward Pandemic X.  The capstone event will be a blood sacrifice, not through a pathogen, although that is what you will be told that is malicious code delivered to you by frequency causing you to bleed out.  Think Ebola and that family of hemorrhagic pathogens.

About Clade X

Clade X was a day-long pandemic tabletop exercise that simulated a series of National Security Council–convened meetings of 10 US government leaders, played by individuals prominent in the fields of national security or epidemic response.

Drawing from actual events, Clade X identified important policy issues and preparedness challenges that could be solved with sufficient political will and attention. These issues were designed in a narrative to engage and educate the participants and the audience.

Lessons learned were distilled and shared broadly following the exercise.

Purpose

Faced with a rapidly evolving biological threat landscape, government leaders in the United States and abroad are eager to identify long-term policy commitments that will strengthen preparedness and mitigate risk. Clade X illustrated high-level strategic decisions and policies needed to prevent a severe pandemic or diminish its consequences should prevention fail.

Similar to findings from the Center’s two previous exercises, Dark Winter and Atlantic Storm, key takeaways from Clade X will educate senior leaders at the highest level of the US government, as well as members of the global policy and preparedness community and the general public. This is distinct from many other forms of tabletop exercises that test protocols or technical policies of a specific organization.

Holding the Line on Biodefense

State, Local, Tribal, And Territorial Reinforcements Needed

Deployed:  October 2018

This document, once again, appears in October. The document takes greater steps to consolidate the power for an epidemic in the hands of the Vice President.  That does not even make sense. It shores up the evolutionary UN One Health Agenda. And lastly, it establishes a militarized hospital system!

I find it provocative that the documents released this year were released the same year that the US militaries unveiled their Transhumanism Agenda.

The Bipartisan Commission on Biodefense has issued several reports and recommendations to strengthen national biodefense and ensure the United States is prepared to respond to biological threats. Here are some key findings and recommendations:

Recommendations:

Institutionalize biodefense in the Office of the Vice President: Empower the Vice President with jurisdiction and authority over biodefense responsibilities.

Determine and establish a clear congressional agenda: Ensure national biodefense is a priority by directing each committee with biodefense jurisdiction to convene for an in-depth classified biological threat briefing at the start of each congressional session.

Integrate animal health and One Health approaches: Lead all relevant agencies to a new level of understanding, planning, and operating with respect to biodefense that includes an animal health and One Health mindset.

Prioritize and align investments in medical countermeasures: Ensure Public Health Emergency Medical Countermeasures Enterprise priorities guide NIH biodefense research investments and require a biodefense spending plan from the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases.

Establish a biodefense hospital system: Develop a stratified system of hospitals with increasing levels of capability to treat patients affected by bioterrorism and other events involving highly pathogenic infectious diseases.

Key Insights:

Federal assistance to state, local, tribal, and territorial governments: The Commission’s 2018 report, Holding the Line on Biodefense: State, Local, Tribal, and Territorial Reinforcements Needed, focused on federal assistance to state, local, tribal, and territorial governments in addressing large-scale biological events.

First responder community needs: The Commission’s 2021 report, Holding the Line on Biodefense: Supporting First Response to Large-Scale Biological Events, highlighted the importance of supporting the first responder community in responding to biological incidents.

Biodefense policy and law: The Commission recommends and promotes changes to U.S. policy and law that strengthen national biodefense while optimizing biodefense resources.

Conclusion:

Holding the Line on Biodefense is a critical effort to ensure the United States is prepared to respond to biological threats. The Bipartisan Commission on Biodefense has provided valuable recommendations and insights to strengthen national biodefense, including institutionalizing biodefense in the Office of the Vice President, integrating animal health and One Health approaches, and establishing a biodefense hospital system.

Event 201

It is true that Event 201 was the fleshing out of a “novel” coronavirus scenario, but it is critical to recall that by the time this exercise took place in October 2019:

  • In August 2016, the Federal Register HHS published and put into a regulation the system to disrupt and shut down the US from coronavirus, which used to be a common cold, until it was weaponized, and Ebola.
  • In October 2018 John Hopkins, the same Bad Actors as we have been scrutinizing held Clade X, and exercise on a pathogen construct never seen in nature that would change all forms of life, morphing them into biohybrids, and then a shell for entities.
  • In 2019 the new PhlyoCode had just been codified to reorganize all life on earth.

Event 201 was a 3.5-hour pandemic tabletop exercise that simulated a series of dramatic, scenario-based facilitated discussions, confronting difficult, true-to-life dilemmas associated with response to a hypothetical, but scientifically plausible, pandemic. The exercise was hosted by the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security in partnership with the World Economic Forum and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

The Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security in partnership with the World Economic Forum and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation hosted Event 201, a high-level pandemic exercise on October 18, 2019, in New York, NY. The exercise illustrated areas where public/private partnerships will be necessary during the response to a severe pandemic in order to diminish large-scale economic and societal consequences.

Statement about nCoV and our pandemic exercise

In recent years, the world has seen a growing number of epidemic events, amounting to approximately 200 events annually. These events are increasing, and they are disruptive to health, economies, and society. Managing these events already strains global capacity, even absent a pandemic threat. Experts agree that it is only a matter of time before one of these epidemics becomes global—a pandemic with potentially catastrophic consequences. A severe pandemic, which becomes “Event 201,” would require reliable cooperation among several industries, national governments, and key international institutions.

Key Highlights

  • The exercise simulated an outbreak of a novel coronavirus that led to a severe pandemic, with 15 global business, government, and public health leaders participating as players.
  • The event was livecast and ended with seven recommendations for improving pandemic preparedness and response.
  • The Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security has stated that the exercise did not predict the COVID-19 pandemic, but rather was a simulation to prepare for potential future pandemics

As we have seen in previous documents, birds were a primary target for governmental and policy reforms.  It stems back to the The National Poultry Improvement Plan (NPIP) which is a voluntary federal-state cooperative testing and certification program for poultry breeding flocks, baby chicks, poults, hatching eggs, hatcheries, and dealers.

It was formed in 1935 to address the health challenges the poultry industry was facing at the hatchery level. Once genetics was available, the entire poultry industry is genetically tweaked every year sometimes with disastrous results, such as around 2013 when eggs, chickens and turkeys were genetically altered making them vulnerable to a new laboratory designed Clostridium.

Remember this is at the height of COVID. They were making plans for birds, poultry, and pests that we are now seeing in 2024.

It’s never a good thing when a bird or various pests gets into your place of business, and it’s especially true for food manufacturers, processors, and retailer.

APOLLO PROGRAM FOR BIODEFENSE

Winning the Race Against Biological Threats

 Deployed: January 2021

On September 3rd, 2021, The Bipartisan Commission on Biodefense commended the Biden Administration for developing a new American Pandemic Preparedness Plan to invest boldly in a national effort that transforms U.S. capabilities to respond quickly and effectively to future biological threats. As detailed in The Apollo Program for Biodefense doing so could effectively end the era of pandemic threats by 2030.

The Apollo Project for Biodefense is a comprehensive investment in the fight to end pandemic threats by 2030. This ambitious program is inspired by the successful Apollo 11 mission to put a human on the moon and aims to make invisible biological enemies visible and take pandemic threats off the table.

Key Components:

  • Detect and Trace: Develop a national system to detect and continually trace any new pathogen from the source.
  • Rapid Response: Distribute rapid point-of-person tests to every household in the country within days of detection.
  • Effective Treatments: Develop and have effective treatments in-hand for pandemics.
  • Vaccine Development: Develop and roll out vaccines in weeks rather than years.
  • Pandemic Prevention: Prevent pandemics from threatening the lives and livelihoods of Americans and people around the world.

Benefits:

  • National Security: The Apollo Project for Biodefense would provide the United States the opportunity to mobilize the nation and lead the world in meeting these challenges.
  • Health: The program would effectively end the era of pandemic threats by 2030, saving countless lives and preventing widespread illness.
  • Economy: The investment in biodefense would be a small fraction of the current cost of the COVID-19 pandemic and would have a positive impact on the economy.
  • Leadership: The Apollo Project for Biodefense would demonstrate American leadership and ingenuity in the face of biological threats.

Every agent’s job is to secure useful information.

In the early 2000’s the Agencies were in a feeding frenzy to construct large database capability and to fill those databases with your data.

Each one of you has a “file” a dossier with everything about you collected from government, private industry and your purchases, to your social media.

Massive databases were constructed and eventually, as you all know, Artificial Intelligence entered the picture.

FEMA taught me how to find and use information that others didn’t want me to have.

Information is power.

Information gives you an edge.

Information separates winners from losers.

Information can persuade others to change their ideology.

Some information is protected by laws. Know this and respect this. But know that in many instances you can obtain information, you just need to know how. In the days to come I will be holding a special webinar on Effective Memorandum of Support or Opposition, FOIA, Public Disclosure.  It will have the tricks and tips that I used when I sued sought documents and sued both the Federal Government and State government using the documents that I assembled using Freedom of Information strategies and timelines.

And when lives are on the line, information can be both our greatest ally and our greatest weakness.

Today, information is the most VALUABLE COMMODITY.

It helps leaders, emergency managers, and police keep us safe.

But Bad Actors are on the hunt for your data, whether they operate within the system or outside the system.

Personal information is the most important kind.

Bad actors know your personal information is valuable.

You and I give up our personal data so easily through government and industry incentives I witnessed people giving away intimate and personal data for a newsletter; a key chain, movie tickets, social media likes, or even a “free mug.” While in Emergency Management I even witnessed people surrounding their private data for a bucket of popcorn!

We hear daily about identity theft and data leaks.

On the ‘Dark Web,’ thieves sell our data.

Your most personal data is worth under $100. It’s hard to believe our lives are worth so little.

Tragically, your data can be stolen and sold.

Theft of your personal data will haunt you the rest of your life.

There are protective measures that you can take by doing an internet search for platforms that will protect your identity such as Legal Shield.

But the ‘Dark Web’ is only a small part of the personal information market.

The real value of your personal information is a secret…

The information from your devices is worth billions every year.

Information is like oil, driving a huge business.

The real value is in your daily choices.

Big Tech wants to know your choices to make money. By knowing what you do, they control what you see and hear.

To control you, businesses need to know your decisions and affiliations.

That takes spying.

Big Tech makes more than half their money selling your data.

This is called ‘surveillance capitalism.’ Your digital information is a free resource anyone can use or sell.

Even things that you believe are private such as your medical records have been up for grabs since the 1980’s. It is no longer between you and your physician. There are many other actors involved in collecting your data. And just like petty thieves they part it out to nefarious entities.

All of the big dogs collect your data:

• Google

• Amazon

• Facebook

• Microsoft

• Verizon and other cell companies

More than half their money comes from your data, and you pay for that swap of information for the convenience of carrying around a communication tool, your phone or computer.

Your information powers a huge money-making machine.

Your devices spy on you to collect valuable information.

You are the apps you use. I hate apps.

Apps collect the most personal data.

What is collected? Your email, passwords, credit cards, interests, relationships, health, money, politics, and more. Going down the rabbit hole is where you go online, where you go and what do you upload to servers, not to mention your internet activity and searches.

This shows where you travel, how you drive, what risks you take, your favorite places, where you shop, and more.

When you use your fingerprint, face, or voice to unlock your phone, it records everything around you.

Rapidly your vehicle is surveilling you and becoming a threat to your privacy. It is all collected in the car’s Black Box.

Every click and swipe is data businesses want.

Even an innocent or suggested blood test from your physician can spy on you and provide the “keys to your castle”- vulnerabilities and strengths to entities that you do not want to have that information.

Once in their possession anything can happen to your data.

But you can protect your data and stop companies from taking it.

Here are some steps to reclaim your privacy:

• Don’t allow app permissions you don’t need.

• Use a separate email for your favorite apps.

• Use a PIN or password, not voice or face unlock.

• Leave Verizon. They’re bad and don’t keep things private.

Carefully consider medical information because anytime you enter their theatre, you are swapping your personal information to entities for treatment.

Entities then take that data and swap it to others crafting ways to breach the barriers in your life.

  • Home barriers.
  • Physical barriers.
  • Mental barriers.
  • Relational barriers.
  • Even Identity barriers.

Remember, technology should work for YOU!

Biodefense in Crisis

Immediate Action Needed
to Address National Vulnerabilities

Deployed: March 2021

Despite warnings from public health professionals and the Bipartisan Commission on Biodefense, the country was supposedly caught unprepared for the COVID-19 pandemic despite all the previous documents, committees, and investment into the Black-Hole of Biodefense.

A new analysis from the Commission finds that the United States remains at catastrophic biological risk.

Called Biodefense in Crisis: Immediate Action Needed to Address National Vulnerabilities, the report closely examines the extent of progress that has been made since the Commission released its seminal National Blueprint for Biodefense in 2015.

Biodefense in Crisis provides a fresh assessment of governmental efforts to implement the Commission’s recommendations to prevent, deter, prepare for, detect, respond to, attribute, recover from, and mitigate biological threats. It also includes eleven updated recommendations based in-part on real-time learning during the pandemic.

Saving Sisyphus

October Surprise: Sisyphus 2021

A month after Sept. 11, 2001 letters laced with deadly anthrax spores arrived at the United States Capitol and other locations across the country. Yet according to a new report released today by the Bipartisan Commission on Biodefense called Saving Sisyphus: Advanced Biodetection for the 21st Century, our federal government still does not have a national biodetection system that works. The report details critical failures with the Department of Homeland Security’s biodetection program and provides a roadmap to Congress for investing in next generation solutions.

Sisyphus is a figure from ancient Greek mythology, known for his cunning and deceitful nature. He was the king of Corinth and the father of Odysseus, the legendary hero of Homer’s epic poem, the Odyssey.

The Myth of Sisyphus

According to myth, Sisyphus was a mortal who cheated death twice, earning him eternal punishment in the underworld. The gods, led by Zeus, condemned him to roll a massive boulder up a hill, only for it to roll back down each time, requiring him to start again.

This Sisyphean task was meant to be a never-ending and futile labor, symbolizing the futility of human endeavor.

Characteristics and Legacy

Sisyphus is often seen as a symbol of the human condition, struggling against the forces of fate and the absurdity of life. His story has been interpreted in various ways, including:

  • A representation of the futility of human labor and the inevitability of defeat
  • A symbol of the struggle against the gods and the forces of fate
  • A representation of the human desire to cheat death and defy mortality
  • A metaphor for the absurdity of human existence, as described by philosopher Albert Camus in his essay “The Myth of Sisyphus”

In Summary

Sisyphus is a figure from Greek mythology known for his cunning and deceitful nature, who cheated death twice and was condemned to roll a boulder up a hill for eternity. His story has been interpreted in various ways, symbolizing the futility of human labor, the struggle against fate, and the absurdity of human existence.

First, and only public contract with the new Bioweapon Facility in Manhattan, Kansas.  They are engineering ANTHRAX.  Scoprion Bio and Anthrax?!?

One interesting side note is that this BSL 4 Facility with an INSECTARY is dark, not open for public research.  It was supposed to close down Plum Island.

Surprise!  Plum Island is alive and well and is the Public Face for Bioweapon research while it’s dark twin, NBAL, conducts clandestine research on large molecule biologics and other classified projects.

Plum Island will be the driver for the coming African Swine Fever and Foot and Mouth Disease.  They are notorious for using it to begin and escalate wars and famine.

PIADC, which is operated by the DHS S&T Office of National Laboratories (ONL) in partnership with the U.S. Department of Agriculture, is the only laboratory in the nation that can work on live FMD virus (FMDV) and ASF virus (ASFV).

Biopharmaceutical contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) Scorpion Biological Services (Scorpion) today announced a planned development partnership with a private developer, the State of Kansas, and local and university affiliates, which will support the construction of a new biodefense-focused large molecule and biologics biomanufacturing facility in Manhattan, Kansas.

National Biodefense Strategy and Implementation Plan

Deployed October 2022

DECODING AMERICAS HALLOWEEN SURPRISE BIODEFENSE STRATEGY

This is the modern-day Final Solution where the Satan has his limited day to deceive and annihilate God’s creation and handiwork is at hand.

Biden-Harris Administration Releases Strategy to Strengthen Health Security and Prepare for Biothreats

This document was signed included a Presidential Memorandum on Halloween, October 31, 2022, alluding to its demonic content.

The White House Makes Biosecurity a Pillar of National Security. Can Doing So Prevent the Next Disaster?

UPDATE:  President Joe Biden will sign National Security Memorandum-15 (NSM-15) and launched the:

National Biodefense Strategy and Implementation Plan for Countering Biological Threats, Enhancing Pandemic Preparedness, and Achieving Global Health Security (the Strategy).

CODE:  This is the same Nazi infrastructure machine built for the Final Solution, depopulation.  This time it is biological infrastructure to eradicate all life created by God and shift to a Virtual Satan Digital Twin devoid of God.  Dr. Evil and the elite now refer to this time period as:

New world order, this is what the philosopher and historian Roland Benedict has referred to as the New Global Shift.  Dr. Evil believes that this, “Global shift, I think one of the norms, is going to be a trend towards cooperative competition.  Cooperation where groups work in clusters, in other words those clusters that are defined for the enterprise of the engagement.”

It defines biodefense as actions to counter biological threats, reduce biological risks, and prepare for, respond to, and recover from biological incidents, whether naturally occurring, accidental, or deliberate in origin and whether impacting human, animal, plant, or environmental health. It is broader than a Federal Government strategy; it is a call to action for state, local, tribal, and territorial (SLTT) entities, practitioners, physicians, scientists, educators, industry, and the international community to work together to elevate biological preparedness and response.

In today’s interconnected world, biological incidents anywhere can potentially have profound effects on physical and mental health and well-being in the United States and globally, cause significant morbidity and mortality, and disrupt livelihoods and economies, including domestic and international trade and travel. Throughout the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, every individual, community, and nation has experienced firsthand the health, social, and economic crises biological incidents can cause and the severe impact they can have on lives and livelihoods.

Biological threats—whether naturally occurring, accidental, or deliberate in origin—are among the most serious threats facing the United States and the international community. As we have seen with the COVID-19 pandemic, biological incidents can cause extreme harm to the United States, including death, hospitalizations, disabilities, psychological trauma, and economic and social disruption on a massive scale. Biological incidents, whether naturally occurring, accidental, or deliberate, can originate in one country and spread to many others, with potentially far-reaching international consequences.

The health, prosperity, and security of the American people depend on our ability to stop infectious disease outbreaks at their source and rapidly and effectively contain biological incidents wherever they occur. The significant viral, bacterial, fungal, and other infectious disease outbreaks and toxin-related illnesses of recent decades impacting human, animal, and agricultural health, including COVID-19, continue to reveal that the financing cycle of panic and neglect must end.

CODE:  Emergency Clause suspends the Constitution.

Document Link, 53 pages

As the President has said, there are no walls high enough or oceans wide enough to keep out biothreats and protect our communities.

CODE:  According to UN mandate people must be free flowing between countries, that said, the US put their new bioweapon facility in the heart of America, in the heart of agriculture and the heart of ranching country.  The enemy from within.

The Strategy reflects the Biden-Harris Administration’s comprehensive plan outlines a set of bold goals to transform the nation’s biodefenses and health security by launching a whole-of-government effort across 20 Federal Agencies:

  • to detect, (CODE:  surveillance)
  • prevent, (CODE: if you are dead it prevents disease)
  • prepare for, (CODE: post-human world)
  • respond to, (CODE:  Lock down humanity)
  • and recover from biological incidents (CODE: Recover from humans dwelling upon the planet)

In partnership with our international, state, local, tribal, territorial, and private sector partners.

NSM-15 supports execution of the strategy (CODE: The keyword is execution.  Execution of humans, hybrids will die off naturally due to contamination.

…by strengthening the coordination of biodefense efforts across government.

CODE:  Rockefeller’s Lockstep

LINK

Infectious diseases that cross borders and disrupt societies are a threat to our national security and global stability.

CODE:  Globalism planned and engineered these diseases and disruptions that threaten national and global security, but they did it with the most pantheistic benevolence.

COVID-19 is the latest example of how biological threats can devastate communities across America and around the world, resulting in millions of deaths and trillions of dollars of economic losses globally.

CODE:  COVID was the Beta-test of globalists and Darwinian Evolutionists demonstrating they have the technology now to kill humans and the economy  at their command, or so they believe.

In addition to COVID-19, the global community is concurrently fighting outbreaks of monkeypox, polio, Ebola, highly pathogenic avian influenza, and other diseases, stretching thin global resources and demonstrating gaps in our current preparedness.

CODE:  Lab weaponized monkeypox, polio, Ebola, HPIA, and other diseases are stretching global resources.  Blame it on the humans, because they do not have the technology to reveal via signatures who engineered these bio-weapons.

And, the risks of weaponization of biological agents are expanding.

Frank acknowledgement that weaponization of biological agents is expanding.  They do not deny it.  It is now in your face.

United States must be prepared for outbreaks from any source – whether naturally occurring, accidental, or deliberate in origin.

CODE: that the Darwinian evolutionists are proposing 20,000 injections per human and that is only 1% of what they want to inject you with.

Urbanization, climate change, and habitat encroachment increase the risk of an outbreak emerging from animal reservoirs.

CODE:  Urbanization is the rural and suburbs not the SMART cities and UN enclaves.

CODE:  Blame the humans for climate change, even though they are not responsible and all the other planets in our solar system climate is also change.  It is human due reparation to the planet for the “damage” they cause by living.

CODE:  Habitat encroachment, people living near animals causes emerging diseases.  This is CODE for expanding the Wildlands Project to the whole planet.  It is a pantheistic religion and is entrenched with Deep Ecology radicals.  Bioweapons labs using xenotransplantation cause cross-species.  Environmental radicals are using xenotransplantation using the peoples of the world in a giant experiment to taint the human blood supply and then kill them.

Global interconnectedness accelerates the speed at which infectious diseases spread across the world, especially when coupled with overwhelmed health systems.

CODE:  Hyperdimensional pathogens have been on the books. These pathogens travel at hyper speed and can come from other dimensions.  They use frequencies. This is just a code informing you that soon all your travel plans will be canceled, according to the World Economic Forum.

Furthermore, the norm against the development and use of biological weapons has been challenged by state and non-state actors over the past several decades.

If this is the case, why are the countries of the world including the US going at breakneck speed to come up with the most novel and destructive biological weapons?

The Administration wants $88 billion request.

The Strategy sets out to:

Detect pandemics and other biological threats:  It will improve real-time information for decision-making by planning for an:

  • Enduring all-hazards hospital data collection system,

CODE:  This system is not a diagnostic, treatment, or cure medical system- it is for surveillance and depopulation exclusively.

  • Expanding platforms to integrate and share data for response,

CODE:  Expanding those biological surveillance platforms into your body, the response is to depopulate biological life in favor of synthetic life forms.

  • and improving data sharing internationally.

CODE:  to an share what they discover about your body with their international friends.

…Recently launched Center for Forecasting and Outbreak Analytics, which creates the equivalent of a “national weather service” for infectious disease outbreaks, enabling rapid, effective decision-making to improve outbreak response using data, modeling, and analytics.

CODE:  Only the experimenters see the real statistics, but the allusion to something most of you do not know about.  When Doppler weather came into being their put microwave capabilities into that equipment.

This CODE is the signaling for Direct Energy Weapons (DEW) system that I have been warning about.  This may well be why many people are having increased problems with cognition and memory- as it causes a traumatic brain injury.  However, do not go into the experimental pipeline for diagnosis or treatment. If you do you down the guinea pig rabbit hole.

Prevent outbreaks from becoming epidemics and prevent biological incidents before they happen by:

  • Stopping outbreaks at their source through strengthening global health security:

Notice that this is not US healthcare but international.

  • The United States will support at least 50 countries to better prevent, detect, and respond to infectious disease threats

This will not be to diagnose, treat or cure any disease or illness but rather to assist them set up their own surveillance and depopulation tools.

  • The United States will also invest in critical multilateral institutions that further strengthen the global health architecture.

Notice, that we will be investing in global entities, such as the UN, not people.  Global health architecture is not a healthcare system but a surveillance and depopulation tool.

  • The Administration has already accelerated this effort by leading the charge to establish a groundbreaking new Financial Intermediary Fund for Pandemic Prevention, Preparedness, and Response at the World Bank.

The United States will be leading the charge to a new Financial Intermediary Fund that redistributes wealth and life as you know it under the guise of pandemic prevention and preparedness.

CODE:  This is a new scheme hatched by the globalists to siphon your money for green and other pet UN projects.  It is happening in many sectors not just medicine.  As Dr. Evil said this year, those who are downstream (you and I) are just going to have to put up with some disruptions for the sake of the whole (paraphrased).

  • The United States will continue to support and strengthen the World Health Organization.Strengthening laboratory biosafety and biosecurity:  include galvanizing support for multilateral biosafety and biosecurity commitments, and establishing international mechanisms to enhance biosafety and biosecurity globally.
  • The United States will work to strengthen international norms against traditional and novel biological weapons, including through efforts under the Biological Weapons Convention to foster greater transparency among all nation-states.

THIS IS A BLATANT LIE BECAUSE THE ONLY PRODUCTION TAKING PLACE IN America is BIOTECHNOLOGY.  This is Mystery Babylon, the dispenser of pharmakia.

Prepare for pandemics and other biological incidents: The Strategy aims to transform our preparedness to respond to outbreaks, building on the American Pandemic Preparedness Plan: Transforming Our Capabilities, released by the Administration in 2021.

It is important to note that while this mentions 2021 this endeavor has been working up to what you see and do not see for decades.

The United States will work to strengthen and modernize domestic public, veterinary, and plant health capacity at every level, from rural jurisdictions to large cities, so that outbreaks in humans, animals, and plants can be identified and controlled quickly and equitably.

This paragraph is a UN mandate known as One Health.  Human and animal health were merged at a meeting in Bangkok, Thailand in 2012 by MOU, a contractual agreement.

LINK

New to us this past April (the same month as the release of the Athena Agenda) a new MOU was signed:

The four international agencies, the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), the World Organisation for Animal Health (OIE), the UN Environment Programme (UNEP) and the World Health Organization (WHO), have signed a groundbreaking agreement to strengthen cooperation to sustainably balance and optimize the health of humans, animals, plants and the environment.

LINK

Although the term “One Health” is fairly new, the concept has long been recognized both nationally and globally. Since the 1800s, scientists have noted the similarity in disease processes among animals and humans, but human and animal medicine were practiced separately until the 20th century. In recent years, through the support of key individuals and vital events, the One Health concept has gained more recognition in the public health and animal health communities.

In 1821:  Virchow Recognizes the Link Between Human and Animal Health

Rudolf Virchow, MD, was one of the most prominent physicians of the 19th century. Dr. Virchow was a German pathologist who became interested in the linkages between human and veterinary medicine while studying a roundworm, Trichinella spiralis, in swine. He coined the term “zoonosis” to indicate an infectious disease that is passed between humans and animals.

In addition to his medical career, Dr. Virchow served in several parliamentary posts and advocated for the importance of improved veterinary education. He emphasized, “Between animal and human medicine there are no dividing lines—nor should there be. The object is different but the experience obtained constitutes the basis of all medicine.”

One Health Timeline

This effort includes recruiting, training, and sustaining a robust, flexible, permanent cadre of essential critical health infrastructure workers, outbreak emergency responders, public health laboratory scientists, technicians, data quality managers, and animal disease epidemiologists in our territories and all 50 states.

CODE: According to global sources these will be Synths, synthetic humans who will be working in all health areas as they are “smarter and impervious to pathogens.”

This Strategy will also enhance the coordination of evidence-based public health information campaigns across Federal, state and local governments, with the goal of reaching 80% of the American population.

The is CODE for government messaging.  If you are in media, you give the government agenda or you will find yourself not in media any longer.

This is the Backstory

Pit of Hell: US Farms get Federalized

War Against Food

Maybe you were unaware, or maybe you were not even born yet, but some 60+ years ago a war was declared against ‘threats to [global] peace’, breaches of peace and acts of aggression which includes American agriculture and food.  Maybe you have not considered your dinner plate or your domesticated farm animals an ‘Act of Aggression’ but that is precisely how the UN views them.  We need to look at the particular UN Articles.  You need to understand America is a participating member and signatory of the UN.  The goal of the UN is to unite the world to a Utopian time of ‘peace’ under UN control and by their definitions.  A task force was set up in the early 1960′s to evaluate the best way to make transition to world peace.  Peace equates equal’s control.  Because there is human suffering and poverty the UN believes it is its task to bring about a ‘peaceful order’.

Here are the facts, nothing but the facts.

  • Only 2% of Americans grow food.
  • There are more prisoners in America than farmers.
  • Many farms are now foreign owned thanks to the overly intrusive regulations that each state and the federal government has passed and our lackadaisical protection of our borders.
  • America used to have hobby farmers who grew food and companion animals for their own family, but those farms are rapidly becoming extinct with high prices and restrictions.
  • The global import/export market is growing at a quantum 6% a year.  It will not take long before complete dependence upon foreign products to take place.
  • The bioterrorism act of 2002 requires that all producers of food, retailers, and restaurants maintain records for traceability.

Many local farmers have been sounding the alarm that a famine is headed thanks to international treaties and contaminated foods.  Upon the revelation that the food supply was in grave danger small farmers got involved in legislative and the regulatory process.  They took time away from their families and took to the airwaves to educate folks on what was coming.  You say you didn’t see it on the front page of your local newspaper or on the 5 o’clock news?  For quite some time there has not only been dirty food, but also dirty politics.  Farmers successfully got many organizations and people on board.  Testimony and hearing rooms were filled to overfill capacity, but farming issues were considered ‘contentious’ and Agricultural Committee Chairmen, Editors, and Producers shied away unless they ran a “farmer fringe” column, beside the black helicopters.  The result was that your local farmer, the folks who bring you nutritious, good, local foods were marginalized and rapidly became endangered.  This past year the pace for completion of the UN dream has escalated, taking a dramatic turn for the worse.  Contaminated food at an all-time high despite an ever-growing bureaucracy supposedly tasked with food safety and other facets of agricultural regulation.

The Constitution & Public Health

The 10th Amendment of the US Constitution reserves all powers for the states as the primary authority and protector of the public health.  The Supreme Court has understood that the federal government has a role in environmental protection, occupational health & safety, food and drug purity.  The federal government contributes to public health in six ways:

  1. Setting health goals, policies and standards
  2. Financing
  3. Protecting public health
  4. Collecting and disseminating information about US public health and health-care delivery systems
  5. Building infrastructure of public health
  6. Managing services

The federal government has had a limited direct role in public health deferring to state and local government until recently.  Our Constitution equally divides public health responsibility.

  1. The Executive Branch establishes health regulations although not directly and ENFORCES public policy.
  2. The Legislative branch of the government at all levels enacts laws, develops policy, and allocates authorization and funding for policy.
  3. The Judicial branch is to interpret the laws and adjudicate disputes (Gostin, 2000).

In the words of Lord Ashton, “Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely” (Powell, 2001) With the new health-care reform it is obvious that the checks and balances established by our Founding Fathers are out of whack.

State Departments of Health are responsible to develop codes, determine what diseases are notifiable, sanitation standards for local commerce and health issues.  Each state clearly enacts health laws and regulations.

Federalism

Federalism is the term that defines the pattern of relationship between national, state, and local governments in America.  The Constitution of the United States reserves certain powers for the federal government and delegates the remainder to the states.  Although the Constitution is silent on local government, it has created a situation in the United States in which:

  • The federal government has the money
  • The State government has the authority
  • The local government has the problem

This problem is traced back to Thomas Jefferson and the Federalist Papers.  What this means is that the money appropriated by the federal government will have to pass though several bureaucracies each with slightly different rules until the money gets to the local level.  It is a given that the person writing the check has the control, whoever they may be.

Constitutional Cracking

The United States is a Republic, not a democracy, despite what you hear everywhere from the marbled halls to the news venues.  We have a solid Constitution and Bill of Rights which are bestowed upon us from God and cannot be taken or altered at whim.  We can all see that our form of government is under assault.  Can the Constitution and Bill of Rights be cracked?  The gauntlet was thrown down to professionals, to lawyers, to educators to find a way or means to shatter the United States of America.  Two breaches were found that could accomplish this task:  environmentalism and the historic loophole of emergency management, particularly as it applied to human and animal health.  Both methods involved exploiting a series of created and natural events seizing the opportunity to turn a minuscule hole in the dike into a dam breaking experience.  For years these events have incrementally reduced freedom, privacy, and ownership in countries around the globe including the US.  A gigantic breach to liberty appeared after the events of September 11, 2001.  Today, in 2010, we are seeing the UN vision of total food control come into view.  An agricultural conference was held in the middle of March 2010, the NIAA.  The theme for this year was the rising tide of the One World, One Health Initiative that seeks to unite medical, veterinary, and food sectors into one.  When it was first presented it was introduced as a think tank theory to a group of students.  Unknowing to most it was in fact the UN vision coming together.  One of the power points presented at this conference was a Private sector Business Continuity Plan for an Animal Health Emergency.  These plans are typically known as Public-Private Partnerships.  They create a commingled hybrid of government & business following the fascist model.

Devil in the Details

The United Charter was created in 1945 and signed in San Francisco.  A subsequent UN Human Right Resolution containing 30- basic human rights were agreed upon by UN members.  These UN rights, contrary to the American Constitution and Bill of Rights with many other founding documents, would confer by UN.  This document was signed at the 183rd plenary meeting on 10 December 1948 to resolved to create a UN with muscle:

  • Justice
  • Tolerance
  • Unity
  • Peace

United Nations Charter, Chapter 7: Action with Respect to Threats to the Peace, Breaches of the Peace, and Acts of Aggression

Chapter 7 of the Charter of the United Nations

Article 39

Anything that threatens peace, breach of peace, or an act of aggression

The Security Council shall determine the existence of any threat to the peace, breach of the peace, or act of aggression and shall make recommendations, or decide what measures shall be taken in accordance with Articles 41 and 42, to maintain or restore international peace and security.

Article 40

Call Upon the Parties to Comply

To prevent an aggravation of the situation, the Security Council may, before making the recommendations or deciding upon the measures provided for in Article 39, call upon the parties concerned to comply with such provisional measures as it deems necessary or desirable. Such provisional measures shall be without prejudice to the rights, claims, or position of the parties concerned. The Security Council shall duly take account of failure to comply with such provisional measures.

Article 41

Baby Teeth of Decisions

The Security Council may decide what measures not involving the use of armed force are to be employed to give effect to its decisions, and it may call upon the Members of the United Nations to apply such measures. These may include complete or partial interruption of economic relations and of rail, sea, air, postal, telegraphic, radio, and other means of communication, and the severance of diplomatic relations.

Article 42

Demonstration of the Rule of Force by Blockade, Air, Sea or Land

It will unite world government, economy and religion creating a New World Order

This Declaration is one of: Interdependence

Should the Security Council consider that measures provided for in Article 41 would be inadequate or have proved to be inadequate, it may take such action by air, sea, or land forces as may be necessary to maintain or restore international peace and security. Such action may include demonstrations, blockade, and other operations by air, sea, or land forces of Members of the United Nations.

Article 43

UN Armed Forces and Rite of Passage

1. All Members of the United Nations, in order to contribute to the maintenance of international peace and security, undertake to make available to the Security Council, on its call and in accordance with a special agreement or agreements, armed forces, assistance, and facilities, including rights of passage, necessary for the purpose of maintaining international peace and security.

2. Such agreement or agreements shall govern the numbers and types of forces, their degree of readiness and general location, and the nature of the facilities and assistance to be provided.

When you have a global government, you must have a global police force that is omnipresent and virtually omnipotent to maintain freedom from war, living Disarmed in a Peaceful World.  This police force will cause kill people and cause much suffering.

World Health Organization,
OIE, FAO & Member States

Global organizations, entities and member States began bio surveillance some time ago though the word has not been defined by the Oxford English Dictionary.  Leaving the word undefined technical experts must understand the term intuitively and calls for a broader synthetization of multidisciplinary professions.  As bio surveillance went global member state budgets escalated.  In 2005 the budget for the CDC was $8 billion and the median state health budget was $2.9 billion.  The total civilian biodefense funding in 2005 was estimated to be $7.6 billion with $452 million allocated for agricultural labs, monitoring and the like.

The World Health Organization (WHO) stated its objective in 1969:  “The attainment by all peoples of the highest possible level of health, defined as a state of complete physical, mental, and social well being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.  (WHO, 2005b)

International Health Regulations are two tools, IHR established in 1969 solely for the purpose of controlling yellow fever, cholera, and the plague, but was difficult to enforce.  IHR that was amended in 2005 expanding its power to “prevent, protect against, control, and provide an international health response” that takes into effect risk, economics, traffic, trade and tourism IHR 2005 became effective in 2007.  These regulations harmonized with the OIE, FAO, and Codex.   They see their role (as opposed to member states):

  • Daily surveillance and international intelligence
  • Determining an international health emergency such as what we saw with the 2009 H1N1.
  • Provide technical public health assistance.
  • Guidance documents
  • Contain and control (Command & control)
  • Risk verification & assessment
  • Respond to state needs regarding interpretation and implementation of their regulations.

Biosurvellience Military Operation

The bio-surveillance system is like a military commander who cannot see the threats he faces.  The commander relies on ‘surveillance systems’ that include reports, reconnaissance, and sensing systems to make tactical decisions.  Both military commanders and biosurveillance organizations are high-stake decision makers. They both work under pressure, with incomplete and uncertain information.  Like a military commander, a biosurveillance entity, is primarily action oriented and conducts biosurveillance as a means, not an end. Biosurveillance is a means to the end of protecting health quite in alignment with the UN.

Just a Tabletop Exercise?

Emphasizing Business Continuity in an Animal Health Emergency

Speaker: Bruce Spence, National Pork Board, PPT given to the NIAA 2010

Government began a new and different mode of operations after the attacks on September 11, 2001.  Government and the private sector merges with the surge of “Volunteerism”.  Reminiscent of Russia’s underground police, one would not know if the person one was standing next to was working for the government or an ordinary person who had taken the “incentive”.   After 911 the name of the game was “blend in”.

Who are the Feds?

You may have heard of the federal government’s Continuity of Government (COG) plan.  A plan that ensures government continues in case a disaster befell America, everything else may collapse, but the government will continue.  You may not be aware but after the year 2000 businesses began adopting or harmonizing their Continuity Plan with local, state, US and international plans.

Just before the year 2000, as America was opening her borders to the world, an epidemic of foreign animal diseases (FAD) emerged.  Are these diseases real?  Yes.  Some are natural and some are created or novel, made in many biological warfare laboratories strategically placed around the world.

Suddenly your local farmer was thrust into a battle to fight for clean and pure local food.  The local farmer was in the best position to determine if his or her animals are healthy and if there is any impending danger to you or your family.  The government has promised to keep you safe, yet cases of food contamination are off the charts. Government officials have no answer except more control and larger government.

Your local family farmer knows when an animal is sick, what is normal and what is not. We are always interacting with our animals, and we do not have any international conflict of interests.

Signs a Farm Has Been Hit by Foreign Animal Disease (FAD)

Surely, we trust veterinarians to tell us the “truth” regarding Foreign Animal Disease (FAD) threats?  In years past, the public could trust their local veterinarians.  Sadly, these days- most vets are a part of a Veterinary Association.

Veterinary Medicine merged with human medicine into One Discipline in 2012-signing a MOU Agreement in Thailand for the world.

The politics of those “veterinarian” associations, often adopting the policies presented representing big money, compromising their ability to tell you the truth.  Many vets have signed paperwork to turn you and your private information into the government for a mere $10.  Ten dollars, can you believe it?

These forces need your voluntary help. They want you to call into your vet all cases of disease.  Your vet will then call your animals problem to the Area-Vet-In-Charge (AVIC) who are under UN control.

The UN has Determined that the key to any infectious recovery is to maintain biosecurity surveillance that will establish “Proof of Freedom.”

You may ask, “What is proof of freedom”?  You can only obtain “freedom” by:

  • Being inspected to UN standards
  • Being tested to UN standards
  • Being vaccinated to UN standards
  • Being electronically identified to UN standards

You must then pay for a permit or license and are verified that you are in a state of complete physical, mental, and social wellbeing, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.  (WHO, 2005b).

Simple enough?

Your Constitutional absolute right in property and to do what you choose to do with your property is suspended during a foreign animal disease event.  You might think of the suspension of commerce as martial law. For all general purposes the UN has declared “war against disease” and intervention for threats to “peace & security” and “acts of aggression” many years ago. The UN has been ratcheting up those declarations thereby removing more and more freedom your lives.

The Census Bullseye:
It is about Getting Your Information

The UN Military Operation Against FAD to Eliminate ‘Threats to Peace & Security’ and Eradicating ‘Threats of Aggression’

Let’s read that again, slowly…….

In their own words, the US and UN in tandem, are going to use your census and ‘other’ information to:

  • RESPOND, DETECT, CONTAIN disease. The UN clearly states complete physical, mental, and social wellbeing. This includes all of us.
  • Eradicate and control disease.  Since we all have some ache, pain or disease- are they going to eradicate and control the disease or the host?
  • This joint response is going to regionalize and compartmentalize us into sectors-diseased or “verified free” to ensure physical, mental, or social wellbeing.
  • Joint response will prioritize money over people.  At the beginning of the environmental movement, it was fish over people.  That was successful with no public outcry.
  • The recovery must be quick.

2006
US Small Farms Decline
into a UN Federal Para-Military Police Force

You can almost see the international grins with this next sleight of hand.

This was accomplished in 2006

You can see in the Tabletop Exercise above that the Incident Command System is being set up on federalized farms. The Incident Command System was first used in California after a disastrous fire.  Communication and organization was a real problem and the Incident Command System (ICS) evolved. After successful implementation by Fire Services, Emergency Management adopted, refined, and perfected, the ICS System. The ICS became NIMS after September 11, 2001.

Each federal farm will be in a zone.  Zones are not our traditional boundaries of local, county or states. They are based upon your threat level for disease.  The ‘hot zone’ is the ‘infected zone,’ while the ‘disease free zone’ is known as the ‘free zone.’  To accomplish this the US and the world has integrated the UN SPHERE program.

Enter the components of the mandatory UN Traceability that was adopted by US regulation.

  • The first pillar is Premises Identification.  Each premises is given a unique number with country asset code that is geocoded (GIS/GPS) Longitude-Latitude as we are also discovered from the 2010 Census geocoding.  This unique number associated with your property transfers the first position of your property to the government and you are the slave second who takes care of the property for the government.

These Premises Identification (PIN) numbers are for quickly:  communicating, tracing, and surveillance.  Remember, according to the powers-that-be they consider speed a success!

  • Second pillar is electronic identification of all biological life on this property.
  • Third pillar is 24/7 surveillance.

Farm Premises Identification

Below is the information flow chart on who and how communications interact between property owner, producer (farmer), and the ‘emergency’ government.

Phase III of NAIS: Tracing

All your information is going to public health officials.

Now that all the pillars are in place- coordination & communication will be needed.  That means farmers and property owners will need to follow the Incident Command (NIMS) structure.

The Federal Farm Enterprise

Federal Farm Regions

Notice that these regions are not states.  These regions also deviate from the biblical definitions.  New regions originated in the land of Shinar home of the famed Tower of Babel where men rebelled against God.

Federal Branch

These branches do not follow counties.  The biblical definition of a branch gives us some interesting insights.

Federal Division

Divisions are getting a little close to you.

Federal Sectors

Sectors are getting down the city level.

Federal Farm Areas

These areas could very well be your neighbor or your local family farmer.

This is how the farms are organized in your area.

Global Catastrophic Risk Management Act of 2022

To establish an interagency committee on global catastrophic risk, and for other purposes.

S. 4488

(Report No. 117-254)

IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES

June 23, 2022

DEPLOYED: December 2023

You can’t find the Bill passed?  Here in the American Banana Republic, they are doing things very differently in DC these days.  Ruling, laws and regulation by Committee.  Bypassing Congress and just writing it into US Code.  Of course, they have been doing this for some time.

Definitions: Government owns everything, provide you with subsistence, and you will be happy.

This all began on Halloween, October 31, 2005.  It was the precursor of the Mark of the Beast.

  • (1) BASIC NEED.—The term “basic need”—
  • (A) means any good, service, or activity necessary to protect the health, safety, and general welfare of the civilian population of the United States; and
  • (B) includes—
  • (i) food;
  • (ii) water;
  • (iii) shelter;
  • (iv) basic communication services;
  • (v) basic sanitation and health services; and
  • (vi) public safety.

CATASTROPHIC INCIDENT
The Term
“Catastrophic Incident”

(A) means any natural or man-made disaster that results in extraordinary levels of casualties or damage, mass evacuations, or disruption severely affecting the population, infrastructure, environment, economy, national morale, or government functions in an area; and

(B) may include an incident—

  • (i) with a sustained national impact over a prolonged period of time;
  • (ii) that may rapidly exceed resources available to State and local government and private sector authorities in the impacted area; or
  • (iii) that may significantly interrupt governmental operations and emergency services to such an extent that national security could be threatened.

EXISTENTIAL RISK.—The term “existential risk” means the potential for an outcome that would result in human extinction.

GLOBAL CATASTROPHIC RISK.—The term “global catastrophic risk” means the risk of events or incidents consequential enough to significantly harm, set back, or destroy human civilization at the global scale.

GLOBAL CATASTROPHIC AND EXISTENTIAL THREATS.—The term “global catastrophic and existential threats” means those threats that with varying likelihood can produce consequences severe enough to result in significant harm or destruction of human civilization at the global scale, or lead to human extinction. Examples of global catastrophic and existential threats include severe global pandemics, nuclear war, asteroid and comet impacts, supervolcanoes, sudden and severe changes to the climate, and intentional or accidental threats arising from the use and development of emerging technologies.

for Wild Birds in Agriculture

Deployed:  December 15, 2022

To help growers mitigate food safety risks posed by wild birds, an ongoing study funded by the Center for Produce Safety is examining the prevalence of different species in agriculture and whether they carry and transmit foodborne pathogens. The end goal is to use the findings to develop a holistic food safety risk assessment for wild farmland birds, including a photographic guide to help growers identify birds and the potential food safety risks they may pose under different contexts.

 Dead Bodies Everywhere

After these are all fully operational the populations of mankind, animals, and plants will plummet.

The plans I revealed are only a fraction of what is out there.  These plans do not include certain eventualities for the cyclical space weather and diminishing of our magnetosphere.

The last Extinction Level Event annihilated life depopulated to 5-10% spanning all lifeforms.  This was before the advent of bad actors who know about these cycles and are profiteering, gaining power, and control while they still have opportunity.

Gaslighting is a major threat to each person today. From the government to academia to your own family, this phenomenon has ignited the world.

How many times have you heard globalists say:

“You’re overreacting! COVID “vaccinations” not a big deal, in fact they are necessary.”

On Climate Change: “Everyone agrees with Al Gore. You’re the only one who thinks mankind has little to do with weather.”

Functional Medicine: “That’s the worst idea I’ve ever heard. It would never work. Only government and Big Pharma can give your Quality of Life”

From your own family: “You need to get your head on straight. Your toxic. I am ghosting you from my life”

The global paragons with the media chorus singing to you, “It is all your fault.”

These are just some potential examples of gaslighting.

Gaslighting is a form of mental or emotional manipulation, where people are trying to control you by twisting your sense of reality.

And over time, that can cause serious damage to your personality, thinking, and reasoning.

That’s why it’s crucial to know how to spot MANIPULATIVE BEHAVIOR and properly react to it.

In Times of Disaster, You Will Respond What You Exercise

Most you know that FEMA responds to disaster from natural to man-made. Most have probably heard about FEMA exercises. These exercises are conducted frequently because FEMA KNOWS that you will respond to a situation by what you exercise or practice.

Not only FEMA knows this…  If you ask any martial artist what’s the best self-defense system, they’ll say it’s whatever martial art they’re practicing.  Let me give you an example:

When I was in High School, I took Taekwondo. I practiced and practiced.

I also worked at the Crisis Line.  One day we were having a Workshop so that we could better do our job. One EXERCISE was to pair off and one person would do a frontal assault. I was paired off with a college professor who was to be the aggressor. He lunged towards me.

Due to my EXERCISE and PRACTICE, I instinctively took over and I flipped him, laying him flat on his back on the ground.

I still blush a little from that incident, but it taught me a valuable lesson about how POWERFUL EXERCISE and PRACTICE is when you are in a tough spot.

This was affirmed when I was with the Agencies.

Exercise is extremely helpful, but you may discover that whatever gets you out of trouble the fastest will be critical.

That may mean your exercise, using your brain power, or possibly your physical agility.

You see, when you’re on the field, things change, and you must ADAPT quickly in your response.

You have to defend yourself…

You have to do it fast…

And you have to do it with as little risk to your safety as possible…

Streamlining Delivery Modalities for Biologic Therapeutics to Improve Patient Outcomes

 Deployed:  April 5, 2024

DARPA program encourages research proposals from across academia and industry to develop new platform technologies enabling delivery of therapeutics throughout the body with exceptional efficiency and minimal toxicity.

Hermes was the ancient god of THIEVES, MERCHANTS, and ORATOR (great speaker). He is able to move quickly and freely between the worlds of the mortal and the divine aided by his winged sandals. Hermes plays the role of the psychopomp or “soul guide”—a conductor of souls into the afterlife.

In myth, Hermes functions as the emissary and messenger of the gods and is often presented as the son of Zeus and Maia, the Pleiad. He is regarded as “the divine trickster” (Satan), about which the Homeric Hymn to Hermes offers the most well-known account. He deals with COMMERCE.  In the Greek, Hermes means stones.  Think:  The Tohu v Bohu of Creation. Satan believes that he oversees water and chaos.

Propose New US Pandemic Plans
Erasing the Discussion on Airborne Particles

Well into the COVID-19 pandemic, WHO and the CDC were reluctant to use terms like “airborne,” “airborne transmission,” and “aerosol transmission” to describe the spread of the virus through the air, while other experts used various definitions to describe the phenomenon, sowing confusion about how the disease was circulating.

A new report proposes new umbrella terminology for pathogens that transmit “through the air,” which include not only SARS-CoV-2, but also influenza, measles, MERS-CoV, SARS, and tuberculosis. Source:  CIDRAP, WHO

I did a comprehensive breakdown on this decision regarding these particles, PARTICLES OF DESTRUCTION.

There is new terminology for the coming pandemics.  The nutshell version is extremely illuminating:

All particles will be considered INFECTIVE.  Consider the ramifications of this statement.  Yikes, think of those dust bunnies under your bed!

No longer will SIZE of the particle be considered.  It will be forbidden to discuss whether it is atomic, dust, bacteria, “virus”, fungal, drop, or wad of mucous.

No longer will we be able in free-society to discuss the ORIGIN of the particle.  Is it human, animal, plant, bacterial, “viral”, fungal, synthetic biology, technological, geoengineered, extinct animated life, or even alien.

Let us deep dive together!

Among many things these particles do is to alter time, space, and reality.

Deployed April 22, 2024

The objective of the Handbook is to facilitate the assessment of core capacities by taking into consideration the Veterinary Services’ contribution to a country’s compliance to the IHR (2005).

WOAH PVS Pathway reports can greatly facilitate the work of the JEE, both for the self-review and for the evaluation by the JEE external team, by providing concrete information regarding the national Veterinary Services’ contribution for each technical area. This input may be obvious for some specific components (zoonoses, food safety, antimicrobial resistance). However, there are other key areas that should also be considered for a more thorough and holistic review of strengths and gaps. This Handbook has been developed to facilitate this exercise; it highlights the linkages and complementarities between the JEE and the WOAH PVS Pathway and explains how to use the data contained in an WOAH PVS Evaluation report to assist in the implementation of the JEE.

Future Dynamics of Warfare:
Everyone is a Player
Everything is a Target

Deployed: May 23, 2024,  LINK

The Army’s Mad Scientist Laboratory is pleased to feature the first in a series of posts from the United States Army War College (USAWC) Team Sullivan’s Travels‘Future Dynamics of Warfare: Everyone is a Player, Everything is a Target Final Report.

This report documents the findings from their group Strategic Research Requirement that occurred over the academic year (from October 2023 to April 2024).

Primary innovations influencing this outcome:

  • Fifth Generation Warfare: This loosely defined term describes contemporary conflicts in which tactics like social media influence operations, and cyberattacks play a more prominent role in warfare.
  • Sixth Domain (Private Sector Involvement): Described by the Atlantic Council as the “sphere of activities” of the private sector in warfare. Private sector expertise, reach, and economic strength enable them to participate through cybersecurity, information, logistics, technology, infrastructure, and financial innovations and warfare.

Water Warfare: Emerging concerns over scarcity in new regions, expanded economicutilization of water, and innovations in artificial intelligence (Internet of Things [IoT]) and autonomous systems broadened capabilities and access to impact water systems.

Hiding in Plain Sight

Blending In The
Electromagnetic Spectrum

Deployed:  May 30, 2024, LINK, LINK

One enduring aspect of the Operational Environment familiar to readers is — that which can be detected, can be targeted. This constant dynamic of Finders vs Hiders has recently favored the Finders, as most competitors can now access space-based surveillance, networked multi-static radars, a plethora of UAVs, and a vast array of passive and active sensors that are far cheaper to produce than the countermeasures required to defeat them.

Quantum computing and advanced sensing will open new levels of situational awareness. Passive sensing, especially when combined with artificial intelligence and big-data techniques, may routinely outperform active sensors. Hiding will still be possible, but will require a dramatic reduction of thermal, electromagnetic, and optical signatures.

Today’s post, by the U.S. Army War College’s Team Sullivan’s Travels member LtCol Erik Keim (USMC, Communications), addresses a promising method for “hiding” amongst an obscuration of emitters and signals — presenting adversaries with a veritable needle within a stack of like-appearing and emitting needles. The Ukrainian Armed Forces’ fight against their Russian invaders has proven that electronic decoys and “using the same frequencies as commercial products like Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, 4G, and 5G networks allows forces to digitally camouflage their transmissions,” effectively enabling troops to “hide in plain sight”

2024 International Health Codes (IHR)

REFORM by WHO of the 2005 IHR

2008 LINK

2024 LINK

In response to the exponential increase in international travel and trade, and emergence and reemergence of international disease threats and other health risks, 196 countries across the globe have agreed to implement the International Health Regulations (2005) (IHR). This binding instrument of international law entered into force on 15 June 2007.

REVISION:

The 2024 international health regulation revision is an ongoing process, with the World Health Organization (WHO) working to finalize the amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR) in May 2024.

The NEW International Health Regulations come by the end of the month. It has been our utmost privilege to serve Member States and WHO in reviewing the more than 300 amendments to the International Health Regulations (2005) submitted by Member States. New IHR is 97 pages containing the 300 amendments to the 2005 IHR’s.

The IHR are an instrument of international law that is legally-binding on 196 State Parties, including the 194 WHO Member States.

The proposed amendments aim to strengthen the global health security framework, improve the sharing of information and coordination during public health emergencies, and enhance the role of the WHO in responding to health crises. The revisions also aim to address the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic and other global health threats.

The WHO has released a working draft of the proposed amendments, which includes changes to the IHR’s Article 55, which outlines the process for amending the regulations. The draft also includes new provisions on the sharing of information and coordination during public health emergencies, as well as the role of the WHO in responding to health crises.

The 2024 International Codes (I-Codes) have been released by the International Code Council (ICC) for order in print and digital formats. The updated I-Codes have undergone significant design and formatting changes, resulting in a revolutionary design that improves both readability and sustainability.

Key Changes in the 2024 I-Codes:

  • QR codes replacing marginal markings
  • New NFC tag pilot program
  • Unified print and digital user experience
  • Improved security and product registration process

USAID’s Contributions to Global Health Security:

The 2024 U.S. Global Health Security Strategy outlines the Administration’s approach to working with partners around the world to prevent, detect, and respond to infectious disease outbreaks faster. USAID’s global health security efforts contribute to three goals: strengthening global health security capacities, catalyzing political commitment and financing, and increasing linkages between health security and complementary programs.

International Code Council’s Digital Transformation:

The ICC is piloting a new Near Field Communication (NFC) tag within the 2024 International Mechanical Code (IMC) and the 2024 International Plumbing Code (IPC). This pilot program aims to enhance security and improve the product registration process. The NFC tag technology will be gradually applied to other codes pending the success of the program.

Conclusion:

The 2024 International Health Codes and the USAID’s Global Health Security Strategy demonstrate the importance of international cooperation and collaboration in addressing global health security challenges. The updated I-Codes and the NFC tag pilot program aim to improve the user experience, security, and product registration process, while USAID’s efforts focus on strengthening global health security capacities and responding to infectious disease outbreaks.

Conclusion

I know many of you want to know the details about the hemorrhagic blood sacrifice pandemic.  I cover that in my article entitled, Particles of Destruction, embedded within this article.

What is being unleashed is an integrated weapons system.  Do not get focused only one or two silo items.  I know it is difficult because it is not the way we are designed.  We must call upon the Lord for assistance.

If you have any means, spiritual or financial, please get your homes in order.  None of us is ever guaranteed a tomorrow, but these days look very dismal, unless you believe that your Spirit arises from the ashes of chaos to heaven through Jesus Christ.

This is your opportunity to be a shining Light to mankind, contrasting against the wicked rich men plundering the earth.

Give freely as you have been given to.  Now is not the time to be miserly and withhold your hand to your family, neighbor, faith community, or the people who bring you cutting-edge news. At whatever station you are in life you can give.  You can pray and use your giftings for the benefit of mankind and all creatures.  This is the true way to “save the planet”.

Before I left the Agencies, they had already begun generating awareness, training, and influence operations with a particular emphasis on behavior and emphasis on dangerous people.  This training was presented in the context of PRE-CRIME.

Imagine if you could:

Predict the behavior of people around you…

Influence their thinking and behavior…

“Read” people’s minds with astonishing accuracy…

Look at the news & events to see them for what they really are…

Anticipate future decisions that will be by leaders and policymakers…

Make better decisions yourself…

Think more clearly and creatively, each day & every day…

Imagine if you could bend the machinations of this world …

“Whatever we plant in our subconscious mind and nourish with repetition and emotion will one day become a reality.”

Earl Nightingale

Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.

Romans 12:2, Bible

The world doesn’t care about you, the way you care about yourself.
And in this age of selfishness, it certainly won’t step aside and let you through.

It is up to you to learn the skills you need to break the barriers that this world has put between you and your goals.

When I was at Agencies, learning those skills was a crucial part of my training because we had to overcome manifest disasters to be an instrument of restoration, healing, and yes-bringing order.

And it’s those skills that kept me safe in my service to my country and beyond… and helped me protect our freedoms and our way of life.

Now, I want to pass those agency skills to you.

So that you, too, can deal with everything the world has to throw at you – and end up a winner.  Stay tuned!  More to come.

God Bless Each Of You,
