Before I muse the news, I would like to take a moment to bless you each with a Happy New Year. Both mom and I are very concerned about what will transpire this year but we both know that God the Father, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit have this and that because we are all God’s handiwork, he orders our steps and has each of us in His hands. Be of good cheer this 2025 because you are here for His calling for your life. And now onto the news that breaches 2024 with 2025.
Proteins are biology’s molecular powerhouse machines whether you are mankind, animal, or plant. They are the worker bees or working dogs, in my humble opinion, of organic life providing:
Messengers that transmit signals throughout the body
Structure and support for the physical body, cells, and organs.
Enzymes enabling energy, molecular synthesis, and degrading toxins. Did you know that 90% of reactions in the body would not occur without enzymes?
Hormones: Regulate various physiological processes, such as growth and development, metabolism, and reproductive functions.
Building blocks: Serve as the foundation for the processing of biomolecules, including carbohydrates, lipids, and nucleic acids.
Immune system: Proteins, such as antibodies, help protect the body against pathogens and disease.
Cell division and growth: Proteins are involved in the regulation of cell division and growth.
Maintenance of fluid balance: Proteins help regulate the balance of fluids between blood vessels and surrounding tissues.
Energy production: While proteins do not directly provide energy, they play a crucial role in the breakdown and synthesis of energy-rich molecules.
Regulation of gene expression, which us your RNA. RNA is so powerful that it can compensate for any genetic hiccups that you might have.
In a word, proteins are crucial to our survival. When they work, we’re healthy. When they don’t, we aren’t.

Earlier this year, Dr. Mengele’s scientists expanded AI’s interference with proteins binding to biomolecules, such as DNA and RNA. AI is engineering our molecules to regulate their shape and function!
Mind you, even the smallest atom in your body has purpose and these Atomic Terrorists have flipped the switch to destroy life. The study enlarged RoseTTAFold, a popular AI tool for protein design, so that it could map out complex protein-based molecular machines at the atomic level.
This, in turn, paved the way for more sophisticated “therapies” which is a technological term for Transhumanism, TransAnimal, and TransPlant.
Now we know why the word Trans was so in our face for the last four years. All biological life is being digitized and forced into a synthetic virtual twin or silicon body.
I am just a young pup, not even a twinkle in my mom’s eye, but mom remembers the Golden Age of Deep Throat Porn back in 1972.
Today we have DeepMind AlphaFold3 Porn using a perverted AI model that predicts protein interactions with molecules. The result will be a flood of innovations, therapeutics, and insights into biological processes. Quite simply, it is Porn Trash which is an affront to God and His Original Design.
Did you know that protein design went flexible this year. AI models generated “effector” proteins that could shape-shift in the presence of a molecular switch. Excuse me! Shapeshifting comes from the dark demonic realm of fallen angels not some Nobel winning Porn Tech Trash.
In laymen’s terms this shapeshifting generated a flip-flop structure that altered their biological impact on cells.
Now you know why your body is not aging gracefully and has a plethora of afflictions that supposedly technology can help with. A subset of these mutant arrangements including cage-like structures that could encapsulate and deliver medicines into your body.
I can tell you right now that I am not a cage advocate. Cage-free is my battle cry under the banner of Original Design!
These aberrations are novel which means that they do not occur in nature. No-duh, but sadly, these AI-designed proteins REPLACE our original parts.
DARPA’s RBC-Factory program aims to create a platform to modify human (or dog) red blood cells (RBC) to include additional biologically active components that protect warfighters (I wonder if that includes the Dogs of War?) and allow them to operate more effectively in extreme or threat environments. Specifically, modified RBCs (mRBC) will be endowed with additional peptides, proteins, or pigments.
It only gets more alarming as we dig in like a dog digging for a bone. Remember Obama’s DREAMERS? Oy! In 2024, we have a program called One that uses AI to DREAM UP (which is techno-speak for hallucinate) a universe of CRISPR gene editors.
It is claimed that language models gave BIRTH to ChatGPT. If anthropomorphism is attributing human qualities to things such as cats or birds, what is it when Techno Terrorists attribute Original Design functions to inanimate objects such as ChatGPT
Here we go again with another demonic shapeshifting AI designed circle-shaped proteins that turned stem cells into different blood vessel cell types.
Other AI-generated proteins directed protein “junk” into the lysosome, a waste treatment blob filled with acid inside cells that keeps them neat and tidy. Honestly, God keeps my body humming just fine without the new circular economy and green waste treatment blob. This sounds like a 1950’s movie like the Creature from the Dark Lagoon.
The nightmare continues outside of medicine as AI designed mineral-forming proteins integrate into aquatic microbes soaking up excess carbon, transforming it into limestone as a climate change carbon sink. This is judgment from God! Remember when Lot’s wife looked back on Sodom and Gomorrah? She turned into a pillar of salt! Limestone- salt, tomato- tamato. Judgement is judgment even if the Techno Terrorists don’t see it.

It seems imagination is the only limit to AI-based protein design. In the eyes of the Nobel Porn stars this mutation of life has been a wild success (or so they say). Nature has a comprehensive list, but these stand out.
Back to Basics: Binders
When proteins interact with each other, binder molecules can increase or break apart interactions. These molecules initially caught the eyes of protein designers because they can serve as drugs that block damaging cellular responses or boost useful ones. They contain the power to make your biological system compliant with the global agenda, bow to the image of the beast.
Generative AI models, such as RFdiffusion, can model binders, free-floating proteins inside cells. These proteins coordinate much of the cell’s internal signaling, including signals that trigger senescence which is ARRESTING your cells, or promotion of cancer.
Binders that break the chain of communication can halt all your original design processes.
In the field of diagnostic tools scientists have engineered a glow-in-the-dark tag to monitor a cell’s status for instance detecting the presence of a hormone when the binder grabbed onto it. Glow-in-the-dark technology is only one step away from the Mark of the Beast where everyone will know your compliance status, your physical life hanging in the balance.
Binders remain hard to develop. They need to interact with key regions on proteins. But because proteins are dynamic 3D structures that twist and turn, making it difficult to determine where the binders should attach.
Binders are kept secret by pharmaceutical companies with “mafia organization” keeping an in-house database catalog for molecular protein interaction.
Teams are now using AI to design simple binders for research. That said, they emphasize these macabre experiments must be tested in living organisms. AI can’t yet predict the catastrophic biological consequences of a binder. Then there’s the problem of hallucination, where an AI model dreams up binders that are completely unrealistic.
Is this our glimpse into 2025? An experimental molecular protein weapon to gather more and better data on how proteins grab onto molecules and in the process ultimately changing biophysics?
Designing New Enzymes
Enzymes are proteins that modify or transform life. They break down or construct new molecules, allowing us to digest food, build up our bodies, and maintain healthy brains. As we go into 2025 synthetic enzymes will rule over your body forcing it to suck carbon dioxide from the atmosphere or breaking down plastic waste. These are already operational such as with the Hairbots that are microswimmers and can be totally synthetic or a biohybrid.

Designer enzymes are still tough to build. AI evaluates structure, not function—meaning we’ll need to better understand how one leads to the other. But as we see in this 2019 study work is expanding.

Like binders, enzymes have “hotspots.” Scientists are racing to hunt these down with machine learning.
I do not know about you, but I hate hotspots. I rarely get those but when I do, they are quite literally a pain.
Now my mom on occasion likes hotspots because she can connect to the internet. These are two different hot spots. An active hotspot usually requires significant scaffolding to work properly. Enzymes are a tough nut to crack especially because they are in constant motion. For now, AI struggles to map their transformations.
Keep your eyes open in 2025 for scientific benchmarks on enzymes and binders.
Shape-Shifting Headaches
AI is trained on protein structures. These snapshots have been hard won with decades of work, in which scientists freeze a protein in time to image its structure. But these images only capture a protein’s most stable shape, rather than its shape in motion—like when a protein grabs onto a binder or when an enzyme twists to fit into a protein nook.
For AI to truly “understand” proteins, researchers will have to train models on the changing structures as proteins shapeshift. Scientists are now generating libraries of synthetic and natural proteins and gradually mutating each to see how simple changes alter their structures and flexibility.
Just like making a cake scientists add a bit of “randomness” to how an AI generates new structures. AF-Cluster, built on AlphaFold2, injected bits of uncertainty into its neural network processes when predicting a known shape-shifting protein and did well on multiple structures.

Protein prediction is a competitive race. Building a collaborative infrastructure for the rapid sharing of data could speed efforts.
Regardless, there’s no doubt AI is speeding protein design.

PRISMATIC MIRAGE OF VENUS: This weekend, when the sun sets, go outside and look southwest. Venus is shining high in the twilight sky. The best time to see Venus, however, may be an hour later when the planet is just about to set. This is what it looked like near the horizon on Dec. 26th:
“Venus experienced a green and blue flash,” says photographer Kuli Zoltán of Piszkesteto, Hungary, who witnessed the colorful display through his 80 mm refracting telescope.
Venus does this all the time when it is sinking toward the horizon. The low atmosphere acts like a prism, splitting the planet into red, green, and blue colors. In the animation Zoltán recorded, there is evidence of atmospheric ducts: Pancaked layers of warm and cold air miraged Venus, creating three or four stacked disks, each with its own slice of the rainbow.

Planting season is a hectic time for farmers. For many, it means working through the night using GPS-guided tractors to plant thousands of acres in a short period of time. The season was in full swing on May 10, 2024, when the biggest solar storm in decades struck Earth.
“Our tractors acted like they were demon possessed,” says Elaine Ramstad, a Spaceweather.com reader and aurora chaser who helps out on a family farm in Northern Minnesota. “All my cousins called me during the May 10th storm to tell me that ‘my auroras’ were driving them crazy while they were planting.”
Modern farmers rely heavily on GPS. Guided by satellites, smart tractors can work around the clock, seeding perfectly straight rows with precise amounts of seed and fertilizer. When harvesting time comes, the tractors can return to exactly the same spots to pick the crops.
This kind of precision agriculture has become widespread. “I would guess 80% or more of all farmers in the Midwest use at least basic GPS for something–whether it’s auto-steer or yield mapping,” says Ethan Smidt, a service manager for John Deere. “At least 50% of all farmers are VERY reliant on GPS and use it on every machine all year long.”
Solar activity poses a growing problem for farm-tech. During big solar storms, a layer of Earth’s atmosphere called “the ionosphere” fills with bubbles, waves, and turbulence, which severely distort radio signals from GPS satellites. Sometimes tractors and harvesters can’t lock on, which stops them in their tracks. Or the signal may be garbled, causing them to juke back and forth.
May 10th wasn’t the end of it. Tractors went off-course again during the autumnal storms of Oct. 6th and 10th.
Ramstad was helping her cousins defoliate sugar beets on Oct. 6th when her tractor started acting up: “As the aurora activity began, my GPS was off by close to a foot. Twice while on Autosteer, the tractor danced a row to the left, to the right — and then the defoliator was off a row, so I had to loop around and start over. By nightfall, there was no controlling the Autosteer.”
Indiana farmer Michael Spencer had a similar experience: “This fall was the first time I was able to see the aurora. My hair was standing on end from the beauty, however, it did make the John Deere tech dance. When the storms were strongest around Oct. 7th, my tractor’s Autosteer system would ‘jump the line’–meaning, the tractor would make a quick jolt left or right and I would have to manually reset.”
It doesn’t take an historic solar storm to cause problems. While the May 10th storm was a rare and extreme category G5, storms in October were much more common category G3 and G4 events. All of them sent massive pieces of hardware off course.
NASA says that Solar Maximum has arrived, and it could last for another 1 to 2 years, confusing tractors again in 2025 and 2026. Stay tuned for more crooked rows.

Well, well, well-one never knows what you will find when they open the pages of Scripture.
What in the world are the connections between Jesus, murderous insurrection,
barren women, green wood, dry wood, mountains falling down,
and a purple dragon?
This morning, I turned to Luke 23. I would highly recommend reading the whole chapter in preparation for what is to come. I began with verse where a Gentile named Cyrene placed the wooden cross upon Jesus as He began His final walk.
The soldiers had clothed Jesus with garments of purple mocking that He was King of the Jews. Fast forward unto today, we have the Purple Dragon who is still mocking God by being decked out in royal purple, all-the-while destroying God’s handiwork as if it had power and authority over life.
In Luke 23:18-19 the Son was exchanged for a thief and a blood-shredder after a murderous insurrection “in the city”. I find that language curious as I reflect on the events of January 6th that were described as a murderous insurrection in the city that some say represents the United States of America, although both are an illusion, not the reality.
As we proceed to Luke 23:26 we find a multitude of people were following him, and women who were wailing and mourning for him.
And Jesus turned and said to them, “Daughters of Jerusalem, do not cry for me but cry for yourselves and for your children,” for behold the days are coming in which they shall say, ‘Blessed are the barren and the wombs that have not given birth, and the breasts that have not nursed.’
How is it that a fertile and prosperous nation could fall to the degree that many who have children utter this same blessing as they endure the violence of social engineering and rebellious children declaring that they are toxic while the whole world submerges, “Woe to those who call evil good and good evil; who put darkness for light and light for darkness; who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter!” Isaiah 5:20-21.
Continuing on, then you begin to say to the mountains, ‘Fall upon us! And to the hills, ‘Cover us!’ For if to the green wood they do these things, what will happen to the dry?
From the Apostolic Writings, Andrew Gabriel Roth we get the following footnote:
Ephy-DC-“ If they do that to green wood. He compared his divinity to the green wood, and those who received his gifts as the dry wood. (McCarthy, p304).
It seems to be an intended metaphor of ‘green wood’ is talking about Messiah because he is directly nourished from the truth of the Word from heaven. The further one gets away from direct experience with Messiah, the more likely the wood will dry out.
However, what is particularly noteworthy here is that the implication appears to be putting persecution of believers on the Romans, not the more common target of the Jews.
Is this a prophetic glimpse of what will come when Christians will be hunted and persecuted by global powerbrokers more than the historic Jewish people?
The verse quoted above is from Hosea 10, discussing the fact that although Israel has abundance, she is an empty vine with her fruit bringing forth increased altars and images. She built high places indicating idolatry. She is said to have a heart divided that is found faulty. Therefore, God will break down the altars and images.
Israel and the United States seem to parallel a mutual walk throughout history.
Israel has spoken words, swearing falsely in making a covenant: thus judgment springeth up as hemlock (poison) in the furrows of the field.
Today we are witnessing a global contract between science and technology in the food industry. What is sprouting is not historical food, but rather poison in what were once fertile furrows.
The high places – the very sin of Israel, shall be destroyed and the thorn and the thistle shall come up on their altars; and they shall say to the mountains, Cover us; and to the hills, Fall on us.” Hosea 10:8
Why do the mountains and hills fall down? It is much as when Adam and Eve sinned, they nakedness was “covered the ground was cursed, in toil they would eat, and thorns and thistles were brought forth.
When one is ensnared in idolatry against the holiness of God one does want to do something to cover them up.
The great news is that we sin, the blood of Jesus covers our sin and transgressions to the degree, that it is as if we never sinned. This is impossible for man but with God, all things are possible.

Is this the way it is suppose to work? The content was very interesting and I enjoyed it, some was a little over my head but I got the jest of it. Just to let you know, Celeste, I read all of your newsletter, tho I did not click on all of your links. This is the first one as I just recently subcribed. We’ve been following your work for a few years and trust your reporting. We (my beloved wife, Catherine, and I, David) are devout Believers in the Way of our Messiah as you are. By the Grace of Yah, I made it to 70 this year surviving an aortic dissection at the junction where the lower aortal branches off to the femoral arteries. Our Creator placed me in the capable hands of a premier surgeon who added me to one of his success stories. I’m one of the less than 1% who survive this event. HALLELUYAH! My prayer was to not die yet as my beloved Catherine needed me as I wasn’t done preparing for her care after I’m gone.
Anyway, sorry to digress. Your work is very valuable, and we’ll try to follow it more closely, tho scheduling is a night mare as we live very rurally here in west central Illinois on 8 acres of mostly woods, I still cut wood to heat our home, 15 chickens and a golden retriever\poodle mix and gardens to take care of.
